I paid in advance for an executive suite. En route, I get a message from the hotel, saying that room was not available, but I would receive a suite with a balcony. I messaged the hotel to see if they would provide an airport transfer in lieu of the downgraded room… No response. At check in I received what I believe to be a regular suite NO balcony and no offer to compensate for the downgrade.

Amazing one of a kind boutique hotel
Charming, historical setting in the heart of the old city, just a few feet from The Pool of Abraham, directly across from the castle heights. Wonderful, tastefully decorated rooms in the Sultan theme, one of the best restaurants in town, second to none service all across the board. Highly recommended!

Fabulous hotel!
An absolutely beautiful hotel! Loved the decor, atmosphere and the staff were very professional. The gentleman at reception spoke really good English and helped answer any questions we had about the sites near the hotel. I defnitely recommend this place and would come here again

Perfect hotel to stay in for visiting all the holy sites and attractions in and around Urfa, as it's pretty central to all of them. Walking distance from the Cave of Abraham, the Abraham mosque and Pool of Abraham. I loved that laundry service was available! Special thanks to Enver for being so incredibly kind and warm upon check-in and check-out as well as throughout my stay. He went above and beyond with his customer service and providing me recommendations and was the most professional. Also thanks to Sadat and Halil for their recommendations and kindness. Housekeeping men were sweet. There were a couple of minor areas needing improvement: The breakfast staff weren't welcoming nor smiling, and they never asked if anything was needed. So I didn't really look forward to breakfast for this reason- it was kind of depressing. A lot of the breakfast items didn't seem fresh; i.e., the cheese plates, sausages, etc seemed like they were from the previous day (and I came earlier in the morning the following days to see if perhaps I was wrong, but even then some breakfast items didn't seem as fresh). Internet/wifi was completely down for over 24 hours and this was extremely inconvenient. I would strongly suggest replacing all hotel room doors with modern ones, as they were dated and made the hotel less luxurious. But to retain the beauty and charm, paint the new doors the same way as the old ones. Overall, property was beautiful, safe and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

Amazing place to stay
Very nice hotel with walking distance to all important places to visit. Staff was very decent , professional and helpful, open buffet Turkish style breakfast was very good, they also have a coffee/cappuccino machine, fruits and cakes. They allowed us one hour late checkout which we appreciate very much. The hotel is big with colourful decoration and vast rooms, we even got an upgrade. Bathroom has all kind of toiletry from shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and shower gel, shower cap and earbuds. Towels and beds were very clean, Air conditioning was working excellently in these very hot June days. We felt very secure and had a great stay. I strongly recommend this hotel.

We had a great view of the old city and it was an ideal location to walk to some of the sites we wanted to see as we only ha one night. The hotel lobby is gorgeous and the staff were friendly and professional. The rooms are clean and beds comfortable. They are painting the rooms with veneer (not especially beautiful) and the hallways are dirty from construction. Breakfast was very nice. Noisy location.

Early check-in much appreciated room was available and had a room upgrade as well on top of that,all signs of good services. Hotel close to all major sites specially Balikligol.plenty of places to eat around plus cafes as well .local bus stops close,no 63 goes to city centre bus stop also for Havas stop as well takes about 10 minutes. You can also catch Gobeklitepe minibus from the same stop for about 10 TL but you need Urfacard cost peanuts to buy 13 TL for the card plus 20 TL return top up overall a out $2.20 Free buffet breakfast was superb plenty of choices you wont go hungry.Staff very helpful will answer any queries as much as they can.would definately stay here againe

This hotel is amazing! Beautiful decorations and everyone is very helpful, thoughtful, and friendly! It was my birthday when I visited and they even brought me a cake! The location is also very central to the main tourist attractions.

My room was next to the live music between 8-11 PM, so very loud, but the concierge offered me a quieter room without a balcony. But I opted for the loud room with a million-dollar view. Wifi was spotty, but the staff was very helpful and earnest.

This hotel was absolutely fabulous! The experience was surreal, the ambience was great. The staff provided over 5* service. The hotel was impeccably clean and beautifully arranged. The staff were so organised and client engaged that they even cared to bring a birthday cake when unexpected for one of us whom had their birthday coincidently on this spontaneous trip. The experience will not be forgotten. We cannot thank the staff enough who were available 24/7 to make this a journey of a life time. I am a frequent traveller and I would compare the staff and service provided at the hotel on par with another hotel I stayed in which was the Waldorf Rome Cavalieri in Rome. We were extremely delighted to have stayed here.
