Welcome to Sandpiper Beach 205. This condo complex is a 27-unit, secluded Gulf-front property that is tucked away on Sanibel Island beneath swaying palms. Sanibel Island is back and better than ever!

The boardwalk takes you from the pool sundeck directly onto the wide private beach. You know you are on “island time” when you walk through the front door of this upper floor condo and glimpse the turquoise water and expansive beach from the lanai. Inside, an eleven-foot vaulted ceiling and an open concept floor plan give a light and airy feel to this spacious condo that accommodates up to 4 guests.

The primary suite offers a pillow top king bed, 43” smart TV, and sliding glass doors that take you to your private screened lanai with spectacular Gulf views. The custom ensuite offers a granite makeup counter, clothing organizer, and large walk-in shower. The guest room bedroom offers two twin XL beds, large closet, and 32” smart TV. Just outside the guest room is the 2nd full bathroom with tub/shower combo and a separate closet with the washer/dryer.

Relax in the well-appointed living room with a 55” smart TV, ample seating and expansive views from the lanai where you can enjoy al fresco dining. Prepare stay-in meals in the updated kitchen, with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and well-stocked kitchenware. Brew java your way with a combo 12-cup carafe/K-cup coffee maker.
