We’re excited to welcome you back to paradise! This beautifully remodeled ground-floor condo at Coquina Beach is ready to host your perfect island escape. While construction continues in the area as Sanibel recovers from Hurricane Ian, and the pool will be closed for maintenance from July 7, 2025, for approximately 30 days (weather permitting), the sun, sand, and shelling are still calling your name!

Step into coastal comfort with this stylish 2-bedroom, 2-bath retreat featuring a luxurious king bed and ensuite bath in the master, and a queen + twin in the guest room—perfect for families or small groups. The screened lanai invites you to enjoy morning coffee in the breeze, and the on-site tennis courts offer a bit of fun in the sun.

Located just steps from Sanibel’s world-famous beaches, this tropical gem is close to fantastic restaurants, boutique shopping, and unforgettable Gulf sunsets.
