Welcome to Villa Sunshine

Quiet SW Cape Coral neighborhood, serene setting with an open view of the swimming pool, hot tub, canal basin and tiki hut.
This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house and three-car garage is a great seasonal vacation rental.
Immediately when entering the large front door one is impressed by the openness of this property. The large airy floor plan, direct view out to the swimming pool and canal, the vaulted ceilings with custom designs, and much more!
The house features a split floor plan with the primary bedroom being on the right-hand side with the twin bedroom by the front, and the additional guest bedrooms with their own bath being on the left side of the house. The open kitchen serves enough room to comfortably feed the entire family.
All necessary kitchen appliances and cookware are available.
Villa Sunshine has a magnificent north eastern exposure facing canal guaranteeing amazing sunrises and relaxing views. Welcome to Paradise.
This location offers a speedy drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 5 minutes to Matlacha, 45 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 50 minutes to Florida International Airport depending on traffic and time.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, luxury and well-designed open vacation home.
Villa Sunshine features beautiful airy décor; the four bedrooms are fitting for a larger group or multiple families with two King size bedrooms, one Queen bedroom as well as the twin bedroom with two beds.
The Villa can fit up to 8 guests very comfortable with this generous set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts a very open floor plan with plenty of light and space as well as very modern amenities. The kitchen, living room and large dining table offer a variety of options to hang out, entertain and still be in the center of everything.
From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its spacious bar there is sufficient space to make great family memories and not feel separated from your loved ones.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, lounging, outdoor shower, al fresco dining with a conversation table that has plenty of options for lounging and entertaining, swimming in the heated pool or relaxing in the hot tub. Sizzling some steaks on the BBQ, or just watching the wild life in the canal. How about a relaxing 5 o'clock cocktail from the Tiki Hut while you fish?

Beautiful, beautiful!

We spent a month at the villa...very clean, check in/out very easy. Everything was as advertised. Property manager stopped by to explain pool/spa as we were unsure. We had 2 very minor issues, texted property manager, answered rapidly, issues resolved within the same day. Highly recommend! We'll be back!!

Well deserved time away!

It was a wonderful ten days. The home was lovely and very clean. I loved the pool and used it everyday. Hated to have to leave it all. We enjoyed eating out at many restaurants. The property manager was very helpful and satisfied our needs. We’re looking forward to coming back again. 5 stars all the way for this property.

Nice place

We travel to Florida a couple of times each year, and rent houses. Over all this house was pretty clean, which is a major plus for us. The pool was the only thing that was dirty. The skimmer/filter was not working during our stay. The lights and fan switches were a little confusing. Aside from that, the house was nice. The small dock down by the water was a nice additional benefit.

There were a few hiccups in the stay such as not being able to turn the AC down (it was HOT), the house wasn’t ready on time and the refrigerator smelled like rotten fish. Everything we put in there tasted like fish so we had to buy multiple boxes of baking soda to make it useable. The bed was horrible, it’s an ikea frame without box springs and a fairly cheap mattress. We actually turned the mattress around which helped a little. The dock is a bit difficult to dock up to, and it’s surrounded by a huge road that you have to climb under to get on your boat. The rope will catch on you and leave little splinters all over you and your boat. The boat ride from the house to the main river is approx an hour, so be prepared if you rent a boat. That being said it was a wonderful location, the pool and hot tub were amazing, they did provide one or two rolls of toilet paper/paper towels/dishwashing detergent/washer soap/and dryer sheets, the couch was comfy, the tv worked great, they provide most kitchen items you need for cooking, you are allowed to use the garage, there are tons of pool floats available and they approved a late check out to compensate us for our late check in. Would I stay here again? Probably. For the money it’s a good house in a nice neighborhood with mostly everything you’ll need. There are 4 bedrooms to accommodate lots of people so we would consider coming back with our kids.

Best Vacation for the two of us

5 Stars all the way. This property was gorgeous. Although both my partner and I have older children we choose a couples getaway. The house 3.5 bedrooms, two full baths, separate dinning space. We will definitely return with our family. The pool area was amazing and the excellent landscaping gave additional privacy. The dock was beautiful and we saw a manatee while on the the dock. I have stayed at another rental in the area and the experience was night and day. My previous stay was not great so to go from 5 to a 10 was amazing. The only thing I would change is the length of my stay. Hats off to the property Owners.

The home was beautiful and well cared for. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The location was peaceful and convenient to all we wanted to do. As mentioned we had an issue with the washing machine. My husband called in to report it. Your staff was very friendly, worked quick to get a repair company to the house and communicated with my husband every step of the way. We were thrilled we didn’t have to sit around for him to show up and we’re able to have an uninterrupted vacation.

Wonderful home

Our stay in Pellican was great. The home was exactly as advertised and worked out great for our family vacation. The canal was right in the back yard, which was convenient for fishing. The only thing that could have been better was the communication with the rental agency. It all turned out great regardless. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice little getaway

This was a nice place to vacation & get away. It was very nice to have a whole place to ourselves & a private pool & hot tub. Communication was good, I was able to send texts. There was a binder with rules and such and made me think they had some bad guests in the past. It made me a little paranoid, but we were fine. The house comes with a pretty stocked kitchen (appliance/cookware-wise). They have some dish soap, sponge, & a couple garbage bags. You'll need to shop for everything else - (more) toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and of course, food. There was a hair dryer (in the bathroom drawer), but it didn't have an American plug, & it took us til the end of the vacation to realize that there was an adapter in one of the bedroom nightstands. (I had brought my own, but didn't use it much in FL) In one of the rooms, the blinds are missing about 3 slats, so I recommend bringing an eye mask if you like it dark to sleep in on vacation lol. There was one really weird thing, that we got used to - the vents make a 'clapping' sound every so often. At first I thought there was in animal in there! Then I realized that it was just how it works. But it's especially loud in the master bedroom, which was kind of a nuisance when trying to sleep. All in all, it was a great vacation, though a bit pricey. It was also weird how the price kept changing, when I would periodically look at the listing again, before we left. I'd stay here again, when the price was lower lol.
