Your Sanibel getaway awaits at this brilliant 3-bedroom beach house. A few blocks from the beach.. shelling, fishing, boating. Ding Darling wildlife preserve nearby on the island. With cozy bedrooms and modern furnishings. Quiet and relaxing single family home nestled in an acre of natural, native trees, wildlife and environment. Sanibel's last remaining shell/gravel roads is how you get to our newly renovated home ... it exudes the feel of Olde Florida that you remember from years ago. Sanibel's shelling beaches are just a few minutes walk away. Lively island interior colors and island Bahamas shutter style furnishing with brightly upholstered living room groupings engender a fun tropical feel. The island's best restaurants are located nearby. It sleeps 8, so get on the phone and call everyone you want to share a little slice of paradise with! Our home is strictly non-smoking.
