El Monte Sagrado Living Resort & Spa
We did not have hot water and engineer could not fix the problem. Bath tub had ants. Next morning room was flooded. Hotel staff offered that the manager would comp our room or provide a gift card of equal compensation and three weeks later after many calls to management no response.

This is a great place to stay in Taos. It's so cute, clean and well maintained. Staff if very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is amazing and included. The casita is a little getaway 2 blocks from Taos Plaza with free WiFi!
This is a very nice and conveniently located casita. The bed perhaps needs replacing.
