Also, they advertise an onsite restaurant, which was closed 2 of 3 days we stayed. Breakfast on the day we checked out was very good."

"several things broken in the room: 1. Be careful - room doors do not close all the way, check to make sure door locks before you leave 2. Heating broken 3. Refrigerator broken 4. several cabinets broken 5. Balcony over looked first floor patio filled with trash and broken furniture clearly looked like employee break room that had not been cleaned in weeks 5. When I tried to explain the problems I was experiencing staff never let me speak and assumed I did not know how a thermostat or refrigerator works. I was trying to be helpful to explain the problem but front desk never gave me a chance and when I asked her to stop talking to listen to me. funny next day I noticed maintenance there all day - wonder if my observations would have helped"

"Our stay in Taos was very sweet! The house is located in an interesting semi rural neighborhood. It's just up the street from the main drag in Taos, so most places are easily accessible. The interior of the house is beautiful and cozy, and you basically have the pots and pans in the kitchen necessary for food preparation. There's a funky backyard with a prairie dog town in it, although they certainly did not bother us, being more concerned that we would bother them. The host communicated very well and overall we had a great stay."
