Staff and support check-in was great. The room ran hot and hard to control temperature. Overall stay was very nice, safe, and awesome access to ski lift. Needs more restaurants or make a reservation each night.

This is 10/10 location for ski in ski out! Friendly helpful staff, cozy apartment with everything you need including cookwares! Perfect for my family with young kids! Loved our stay. Highly recommended!

Excellent stay. Due the time of year, the food options were a little limited but expected. Quiet, relaxing environment. Our condo was recently remodeled, and the owners did an amazing job. Top shelf all the way. Mitch was more than accommodating, responded to questions and concerns quickly, even with our late arrival. Would definitely stay again and recommend to my friends and family.

For a skier, convenient lockers on premises just a minute walk to lift. The room temperature control is a bit funky, but I just opened an outside door to cool it down. Staff are very down-to-earth nice. Hope to come back next year!

Great ski-in/ski-out location

Great ski-in/ski-out location. Steps to the lift. Really good bar/restaurant in the building along with a convenience shop. Our condo had a brand-new kitchen and bath and comfortable bed. Parking is in a lot about a block or so away but that is typical for Taos.

Excellent Experience

Great location, directly adjacent to Lift 1. Excellent skier’s location. Front desk staff, maintenance crew and after-hours valet were very friendly and helpful. The apartments vary in size and some amenities, as they are privately owned though managed by Snakedance. We had some issues with the heating system at first but the maintenance team and front desk responded immediately and we had a great stay there.

Great location. True ski-in ski-out condo. Room are nice, staff is helpful. The restaurant is OK, not great. The bed was not that comfortable, but it was fine. The heater is radiant heating in the floor. As the signs tell you, it takes time for the temperature to change in the room. Don't believe the reviews that say the heater is broken, it works as advertised.

The location is great. The bed was uncomfortable. The room was really hot. Not able to control temperature at all. The spa area of the building was closed until further notice.

This place its like taken out of a book or a movie. Those stories about Europe and Christmas we grew up with. The neighborhood is amazingly beautiful.

The woman at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The beds were terrible either too soft or very used, uncomfortable. The best thing about this property is the location.

Proximity to the base lift cant be beat. From your ski locker its just steps to the snow. Full Kitchen made lunches & hydration easy and the small on site store & bar/ restauran were both super convenient.

Room was nice and was well worth what I paid for it. the only issue is that the rooms are warmed with water flowing in pipes in the ground. So I'm sure in the winter time its nice and warm, however in the spring or summer these room will not cool down at all. With the fan and all the windows open, it was still to hot in the room. Also the sauna was not open.

A few steps from ski lift!

Staff was SO helpful shuttling us and luggage up the steep hill on a narrow icy road, because you have to park in the public parking area which is packed and quite a walk. I wish I had know that before arrival, and I would've called the hotel ahead of time. But when they saw us struggling up the hill they came running and took great care of us. We had 2-bedroom 2-bath and it was VERY roomy. Nice sized kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. And of course you can't beat being about 40 yards from the ski lift! I could hear people outside in the mornings, but that means it's time to get up and hit the slopes! I didn't get a room right by the lift so I could sleep in!
