When we checked-in we immediately saw the "Baby kit" wasn't in the room so we had to go down to tell reception - luckily staff was on hand to sort it out quickly. Once we settled in, the stay was great! A note though, the Expedia listing for this property specifically mentions the absence of a lift - which is not true! There are two lifts serving the floors, including the floor for the car park."

But other than that it was a lovely stay"
