Situated in the resort community of Waterville Estates in Waterville Valley, our home is truly a retreat from the world. Upstairs you'll find an open-concept design with cathedral ceilings and plenty of light. The spacious living area features a dining table, , plush couches, and a fully equipped kitchen. The woods are visible from almost every angle, and a sliding glass door opens onto a private deck. You can savor your morning coffee from there while looking out into the trees. We also offer free Wi-Fi so you can stay connected.
We have four bedrooms downstairs--two with queen-size beds, one with a day bed and a trundle, and the other with two twins. All of the rooms are spacious and comfortably outfitted. The house can easily sleep up to eight people. We also have a second living room downstairs the ideal hangout for your kids. And no matter where you are in the house, the gurgle of the nearby brook adds to your sense of peace and contentment.
All year long, the private outdoor hot tub is the perfect place to kick back and enjoy the view. We also have free access(up to 4 adults) to a multi-million dollar recreation center with three pools, including two indoor pools. In the summer, the community pond has a sandy beach and is stocked with fish. The area also offers ample opportunity for hiking, skiing, biking, ice skating, golfing, and horseback riding.
The home does have a single doorbell security camera at the front door. This camera cannot view the hot tub and there are no cameras in the home. The home does also have multiple stories and is not a good choice for guests with mobility issues.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The home was very spacious and more than accommodated our needs. The homeowner was very great at communicating with us. The home was very clean. Would definitely recommend
We enjoyed it so much we stayed an extra night. Each room is very clean -- it's also quiet and relaxing. The hot tub works great ad there's easy hiking along the brook located on the property. No indoor fireplace but the heat works great. We'd go back!

Stay
The location is great. Description was mostly accurate. Definitely more outdated than it appears in description. Furniture is falling apart in dining room and living room. Mattresses should have mattress protectors.
Our original rental had some damage and wasn’t available, but the owners gave us an alternative house nearby. The week we picked was extremely hot and humid.
We took advantage of the rec center, but not the private hot tub. It was very quiet and peaceful.
Our Waterville estate stay at Deb and Jim’s home was great!! I have 4 children and brought my mom along with me and my husband. There was more than enough space for us to enjoy. Access to the pools was a great attraction and trails behind the home where older kids could burn some energy was a great mountain activity. The quiet wooded area behind the home was a wonderful change from busy city life/noise. Very peaceful and quiet area! In my opinion, the pools are not with in walking distance from the home but a short 5 minute drive so no inconvenience there. Definitely would recommend this home and would stay again in the future!!
Spent the weekend at Parker to spend some family time and celebrate my daughter's 18th birthday.
Miscommunication with the cleaning crew, and guessing hot tub guy, we did not have the house turned over to us properly, but Deb was apologetic and kept in touch. Being that it was only a weekend didn't push the issue too much, we found our own sheets and emptied their trash.
The hot tub not being ready was a bummer as we didn't have long enough of a stay to calibrate it properly for use.
Waterville Rec center is amazing and made up for the hiccups along the way.
We went with eight adults. The living dining area were fine and we played a lot of great games here. None of the five tv’s on premises worked, however my brother in law was able to get the living room one going. The floor by the slider was broken and disconcerting to me every time I walked over it. The decks were not conducive for eight people and there was very little outdoor space. There was no gas grill, but there was a park charcoal grill and a dirty charcoal grill, both out front near parking on a steep hill. The bedrooms worked but two were on the smaller side. The hot tub was never opened but was emitting a strong odor. We were told someone maintains it on Friday mornings but we never saw anyone come look at it. The community center was amazing and was the highlight of this trip.
This house was satisfactory for our purposes - to be near Waterville Valley ski area and other Waterville Valley activities such as tubing and snow walks/hikes. Directions and house access were great. Plenty of room- comfortable living and dining areas, as well as bedroom options. The kitchen was equipped but with a mishmash of dishes, glasses and cutlery. Knifes were not good. Plenty of cleaning supplies, but no bath soap supplied. Towels were like rags with holes in them on the lowest bedroom/bathroom area. It was fine for our 3 night stay, except for small annoyances e.g. - the microwave was obviously overlooked by the cleaners (some tomato/or pizza explosion inside!), the poor towels, and the extremely NOISY furnace for guests on the lowest level. Also, the 2 showers were barely adequate for pressure and hot water, although the kitchen seemed to have great hot water. There were only 4 adults and one toddler, so the house was not full to capacity. A great PERK were the free guest passes to the neighborhood recreation center which had indoor pools, and a hot tub and sauna. It also had a fantastic play area with lots of toys, puzzles and books for kids! The neighborhood Campton Ski area had a decent restaurant with basic pub food. So, even with the negatives, it was a decent rental for our 3 night stay. We loved the Waterville Valley area overall.
Great stay. Loved the quiet location and ability to walk to the ski lodge for dinner and how close the rec center was. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed it. Great bed options and plenty to cook with. We loved the stay and would stay again. Great for hiking and also bringing the dogs. Trails right out the front door.
Four of us stayed here for a weekend. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for us. Kitchen was well equipped. Hot tub was nice. A very windy uphill road to get there. It's close enough to shopping.
Overall we enjoyed our stay, the house was clean and we liked the living room, dining, & kitchen shared space, as well as the hot tub. But in general the place could use some freshening up, a new coat of paint on the interior would do wonders and there are a lot of stains on the carpets which may need to be replaced vs. cleaned. The owner was responsive to us, and helpful anytime had a question and the location was about 10minutes away from Owl’s Nest where we were doing a paddle camp, so that was great. So quiet and peaceful there! We didn’t end up making use of the community center so can’t comment on that, but it was nice that there were 4 passes should we want to use it.
Loved the house and working with Deb everything was clean and organized and she was every communicative in case there were any problems (which there weren't) we especially appreciated the free passes to the rec. center where we enjoyed the pool. Would highly recommend.
It was a grest olace… the key box wasn’t easy toopen… we didn’t realize (remember the instructions)w thst we could the hea

Great week in the mountains.
Perfect house for family.Room for everyone. The rec center has everything you need. The location is great for hiking and close to all White Mountain activities.4th year renting from Deb and will be back next year.
Rained for 3 days but we didnt care. Between the house hot tub, well equipped kitchen, dining area and the recreation center pools, corn hole, gym and friendly staff, everyone had a great time. Younger children loved seeing salamanders, frogs and tadpoles at the pond.
