"The air conditioning wasn't working."

"Rooms are immaculate. Beds and pillows are not worn out and are so comfortable. I love the tea selection at the mini bar, and the mini fridge availability. The body care toiletries actually smell good, and for those traveling to Colorado you will appreciate the full size lotion availability to keep you from getting too dry in our desert climate. Staff are not always at the front desk and this can be frustrating especially if you are checking in late at night. I once had to wait for 10 minutes before someone met me at the front desk to check in and go to my room at 11pm after a very long day of work. Customer service is hard to get ahold of at this property and that can also be frustrating. Great hotel. Horrible customer service at the corporate level down."

"Although this property is dated, as well as the rooms, it was one of the cleanest I have stayed in in a long time. Needs upgrades....no charging stations, just plug ins. also the floors squeak really quite badly, mine as well as the one above me, so assuming they all need an upgrade. Staff friendly, breakfast good for a free one. Beautiful views of Lake Dillon, walkable to the amphitheater."

"Great fit for me (dad) and 2 boys! The pool and hot tub were perfect, the room clean, the location great, and a charging point station was 700 feet away. The breakfast was a fantastic bonus with some really good cheese omelets, link sausages, juices, yogurt, self-made waffles, cereal, toast, fruit, and decent coffee. The property is not perfect with the rooms smelling a bit stuffy, but you can't expect 4-star when you pay 2-star prices ... that trade off works or me every time."
