First off the motel is dirty. I understand that this is a motel, but I would expect everything to still be clean. Hairs and trash all the shower and floors. There were also hairs stuck in the towels. Our key was inconveniently, deactivated after housekeeping, entered our room. No blow dryer available. Then we were told there were no baggage lockers so we had to leave our stuff in the room to run errands. Upon returning, we notice them holding other guests bags in the office after we were denied. We were given a 30 minute grace period by one associate, and when we returned, a new associate was working and charged us a late checkout fee. The only positive is the location if youāre wanting to cross the border. And Orlando is the only nice associate weāve encountered.
