"Hotel is beautiful - but if you have a lot of baggage - there is NO ELEVATOR and lots of stairs, making that a bit of a slog. Staff is professional and friendly - the hotel is in the central square - you can park outside to drop off your things, then drive a block away and park in free street parking. The rooms are clean and mine included a washing machine. Linens are high quality - I did not use the spa but it looked fantastic. it's a beautiful hotel in a lovely small town. "

"We spent in villa 2 weeks, amazing weeks. All was in order, well equipped. Contact with renting person excellent, immediately reaction on any request. Villa clean and well arrange. Location very nice, 1.5km from San Severino Marche. Good restaurant in vicinity (0.5 km by walk - Country House Pineta). Swimming pool very nice, big and clean every second day. Peace and quiet atmosphere, neighborhood quiet. I can recommend this villa with 100%."
