The villa was recently renovated. Grounds are well kept and the pool as well as the property are surrounded by trees typical of the area and flower beds. Private parking and a lot of privacy.

We spent in villa 2 weeks, amazing weeks. All was in order, well equipped. Contact with renting person excellent, immediately reaction on any request. Villa clean and well arrange. Location very nice, 1.5km from San Severino Marche. Good restaurant in vicinity (0.5 km by walk - Country House Pineta). Swimming pool very nice, big and clean every second day. Peace and quiet atmosphere, neighborhood quiet. I can recommend this villa with 100%.

Se cercate un luogo dove riposare al meglio, lontano dai classici clamori estivi, Ăš una meta ideale. La piscina Ăš grande e viene pulita regolarmente ogni due giorni; gli spazi interni sono garantiti anche per molti ospiti, eccellenti i bagni, tre stanze su cinque comode e luminose, un po' meno all'altezza le altre due, non c'Ăš aria condizionata ma i ventilatori assolvono bene la loro funzione e comunque alla sera non si patisce il caldo; molto gentile ed efficiente Frediano nella fase di check-in.

We enjoyed two weeks at the end of the summer season in this well-kept country mansion. Frediano was always helpful with advice; in general people there were very friendly. The countryside is unspoiled, the house was in a good condition. But you should be aware that you are dependent on your car to discover the area and all the nice an sometimes sleepy cities and villages in Le Marche off the Adriatic coast. Heinz P. from Bonn

Firade min 50-Ärsdag med nÀra och kÀra i underbara Italien i september 2018 dÀr vi tillbringade 2 veckor i detta hus. Trevligt hus med frÀscha badrum och hÀrlig pool (dock lite kallt i vattnet) och lite vÀl skuggigt dÄ det var en del trÀd som skymde solen (dÄ vi Àr soltörstande skandinavier) Tack för fin service bÄde frÄn Frediano (uthyrning)som alltid finns till hands om det behövdes och Àven gav oss fina och bra tips pÄ bÄde utflykter och restauranger samt tack till servicemannen Mr Guido som alltid sÄg till att det var stÀdat och frÀscht runt hus och i pool !! Stort tack frÄn oss Gunilla med familj frÄn Sverige.

Vi hade en trevlig vecka i detta stora hus med vinklar och vrÄr. Allt var frÀscht och rent. Lite trÄkigt att det var sÄ stora trÀd runt poolen, det var nÀstan ingen sol i poolen och dÄ blev den inte sÄ varm... Ingen kvÀllssol.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Das Haus, der Garten und der Pool sind super schön und sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist top. HandtĂŒcher und BettbezĂŒge vorhanden. Vor allem die 5 BĂ€der sind neu renoviert. Die Betreuung durch den Ferienhausverwalter war sehr gut. Bei Fragen rund um das Haus war er jederzeit erreichbar. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Abbiamo scelto di soggiornare in questa meravigliosa villa. Tutto ma proprio tutto stra pulito e pieno di confort. L' appartamento offre l' intimitĂ  della propria camera con bagno annesso. I proprietari Francesca e Floriano gentilissimi ed anche Frediano, il ragazzo dell' agenzia che ci Ăš venuto in contro su ogni cosa. Efficientissimo. Qui regna la tranquillitĂ  e a 5 m in auto il paese di San Severino Marche dove si trovano ristoranti, attivitĂ  ed attrazioni. Ci ritorneremo

Propriété ravissante et trÚs bien équipée .5 sdb atout considérable pour les 11 personnes que nous étions ! Propriétaires trÚs accueillants et soirée géniale en leur compagnie ! Super séjour dans cette belle région . Nous recommandons cette propriété .
