"The only downside to this property was the price of valet service. I understand the need for valet parking given the limited parking area but 45.00 a day on top of the daily 22.00 resort fee felt a bit excessive. On a postive note, you can’t beat the location in terms of dining options, proximity to St Augustine and beach access. While I’m not crazy about the valet fee I would stay here again. "

"Great property and I loved that there wasn’t any carpet. Everything was very clean and it smelled great. The only downside was that both the bathtub and sink were clogged and there were 3 of us in a room so you can imagine how much water it accumulated and it was disgusting. Maintenance couldn’t go because it was already night so we waited until the morning and they fixed everything and it worked great. Great service. "

"We stayed as a family of 6. 4 teens and 2 adults, we were able to gwt an adjoining room and a cot. It looks older from the outside but it very clean and up to date. The breakfast was very good. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The kids loved the pool and the hot tub. The kids said this was there favorite place that we have stayed so far! Thank you so much Smart stay Inn. We willbe back! I would highly recommend this place. "
