"I booked the Renaissance because it’s slightly away from the hustle and bustle of the main square, yet still part of the Historic District. The hotel, itself is lovely and has great amenities. The bed may well be the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on, and that counts for a lot after a long day of exploring. The staff could not be more friendly or helpful i would definitely recommend it to any one visiting Historic St. Augustine, FL."

"Four of us enjoyed a two night stay at this property. Everything was clean, plenty of towels in the bathrooms, beds were comfortable, and it is the perfect location being just a short walk to downtown. We did have one minor issue, we reached out to the property owner, and she was at our door in less than 30 minutes to take care of it! It was a pleasure meeting her, and she made sure that everything was OK before she left. She even gave us some recommendations for some local restaurants. The listing does talk about the noise, but we had zero issues for the three days we were there. There is a small convenience store right across the street. We did have two vehicles, one we were able to park easily at the property, the other was put in the parking garage with no issues. All bedrooms and bathrooms are located upstairs and the TV in the living room does have a Roku so you can log into your streaming services. I’m actually looking forward to staying at this property again due to the location and ease of walking to the downtown area. Thank you again, to our host."
