A fully equipped studio with a private entrance where you can cook or simply relax and eat at the many restaurants and cafes just 50 metres from our home. It’s located in a residential and commercial area at the foot of the San Salvador volcano, yet within the city limits, featuring large parks with trails and another park offering traditional food, 24-hour restaurants and cafes, and a supermarket just 50 metres from the house, as well as shopping centers. You’ll have hot water and air conditioning, two bicycles with coaster brakes for riding in the parks, a TV with internet and HBO Max for films, bottled water for drinking, high-quality mattresses on the beds, and everything you need inside the studio—it’s very clean. and there’s a garden where you can see woodpeckers in the trees right outside our door; the garden area is exclusive to this accommodation. The San Salvador volcano crater is a 20-minute drive away, the beach is 35 minutes away, shopping centers are 3 minutes away, and the historic centre is 20 minutes away. Entry is via a digital keyless system, but we’re here to help if you need it. There are two bunk beds with new, high-quality mattresses; the two bottom beds are full-size, and the two top beds are twin-size. Sheets and blankets are provided if needed.
