"Our stay was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. Roberto the manager truly made the experience exceptional — he was always attentive, constantly checking in and asking how our experience could be even better. That level of care makes all the difference. The waiters, especially Wilfer, Edwin, Emerson, and the rest of the team, were beyond outstanding. They were always ready to help with a smile, making us feel welcomed and valued at every moment. Their warmth and professionalism did not go unnoticed. The entire place feels like a perfect summer beach escape, yet at the same time it feels like home. The facilities are beautifully maintained and you can tell there is pride in every detail. Even the gardener was always present, smiling, and clearly loving his job — that positive energy is contagious. I truly cannot say enough positive things about this hotel. It was an absolute pleasure staying there, and I highly, highly recommend it. If I had one small observation, it would be to include a little more Salvadoran music to enhance the local vibe — that would make the atmosphere even more perfect! "
