Charming hidden gem around Chautla. One of the best Mision Hotel that I've stayed. The property is beautifully kept. The staff is always there whenever you need something. We felt very cared. Food is delicious at the restaurant. The access from the hotel to the castillo is very convenient. A big applause to the staff doing the leyendas tour, it was excellent!! Definitely a place I would stay again without doubt.

One of the best places for a quick escape from city traffic and stress. Staff are friendly and courteous, ready to help anytime! Breakfast is good, but better if you upgrade to the buffet ;) If you plan to visit the adjacent park, be advised they respond to different management and business rules and sometimes there are frictions among them and the hotel. This is not the hotel's fault at all.

Based on my experience on my different hotels I have ever been, this place is not only unique...the staff is amazing, the service in all areas keep us super happy until the last minute. Ms. Xóchitl the Manager, take care of us making sure we were happy enough. The front desk service was very polite and kind, and they put always an special attention to us. The food!!!!! Simply amazing!!!

Beautiful historical place

Beautiful place. Good service. Towels should be changed, they looks like rags and you should offer more towels for the hands, not just one tiny washcloth. Beds were comfy. Tv has no english channels or ability to seitch the audiu. In such touristic place you should have something for turists to do at night time. Beautiful, well kept grounds. Rooms smell musty and pipes smell too. But over all I would stay there again. If you can bring your own coffee- do it. The only coffee you can get in the office in the morning and in the restaurant- both literally horrible.

La habitación muy bien, el restaurante también, en general muy bien, es un hotel nuevo y le faltan amenidades, pero el hotel es espectacular, la comida bien (nada fuera de lo normal) y los jardines y de más, esta espectacular. Bueno para una escapada, el único pero: no aceptan mascotas. Pero en general muy bien, en unos meses que está al 100% va a estar mejor

La hacienda a cargo del hotel mision era bellisima. Ahorita con wyndham pero, le falta muchísimo trabajo, ojala recuperen los jardines y las fuentes. Ls urge unos buenos jardineros, ni las plantas de adentro del hotel estan bien cuidados.

Es un muy bonito hotel, esta en construcción algunas áreas pero para desconectarte de la ciudad esta super bien y no es caro. Lo que más me gusto fue el sabor de la comida del restaurante. Es comida fresca hecha al momento y no percibí nada de comida congelada o empaquetada. Con razón va mucha gente al buffet de fin de semana aunque no se hospede.

Hermoso hotel con historia, gran servicio, habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Sus jardines bellísimos. Está muy cerca del castillo de Chautla, puedes ingresar caminando. Sin duda volvería!

Lo mejor el precio, la atención, la historia, las actividades, el recorrido y las leyendas. súper recomendado !!! Áreas de oportunidad: -La alberca no hay servicio ni bebidas ni una sola persona al pendiente y estaba llenísimo. -La comida a la carta es súper lenta y el servicio es deficiente no te toman la orden en el lugar y el whatsapp tardan en responder. -En recepción no te informan de las actividades, me enteré de casualidad por otros huéspedes. - cambiar el horario de la búsqueda del tesoro, ya que I es a las 12 y solo se hospedan 1 día no se puede tomar la actividad.
