The hotel and staff were amazing. The hotel is new and modern and the staff go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. The breakfast is fresh and delicious and the downstairs lounge offers a fun space to have a drink and relax. Would give more than 5 stars it that was an option.

One of the best hotels in Mexico City, beautiful landmark building, plenty of amenities. Great staff. Super convenient location, you can walk to the Zocalo, the Cathedral, and Centro Histórico. Plenty of dining options all over.

"The linen was dirty. Seemed like it was not changed from previous guest. I reported it. They apologized and the day after they sent a fruit basket as a recovery service. After that, there were no more complains. The staff is amazing and super nice and professional."
