"We booked this beautiful Villa for two weeks in early September 2023. We were two families with a total of 10 adults. The Villa was large enough to accomodate all of us without any issues. The bedrooms are all huge and well appointed. The views, along with the surrounding property were spectacular!! The owners were always available to answer any questions and very knowledgeable with respect to any requests. Thank you to Elio for the granitas and wonderful conversations. "We had a great vacation at Salvatores house in Pace del Mela. The garden and pool are really big and are perfect to relax and have a good time. Everything was as described and shown in the pictures, we were very happy to spend our time there. The Check-in was easy and Salvatore always helped us quickly when we had a question. I can highly recommend it!"

"Very large. It is very rare to find a villa with 3 bathrooms. Our host Antonio was fantastic. He drove us to the Port and made sure we were all set to go on our cruise. You will definitely need to have a car. The villa is tucked away. Very private. Definitely not in a tourist area. The host was very accommodating."

"The view was beautiful. The house needs a lot of maintenance and upgrading. We were told there was air conditioning. Only three separate units which when turned on the circuit breaker would break and no electricity throughout the house. Only two at a time could be turned on. It was very hot. One of the bathrooms had a very awful smell. We couldn't use it so we were six people to one bathroom without air. The kitchen cabinets smelled of old mildew and pots pans and dishes smelled the same. We...

"It is very noisy at night ( Friday ).The bar next door plays loud music with people drinking in the street until 2am.!!!! Finally they go home at about 3am. It is such a shame because everything else is so good. I can not recommend it for this reason."

"The house was a perfect fit for our family trip to Italy. We enjoyed the location that happened to be centrally located to both family and the city. The house is spacious, comfortable, clean. Enough room to unpack and move around. The extra bedroom / bathroom that is separate from the main worked for us. Three bathroom was an added plus. "Each bedroom was unique and quite pleasing. The person at the desk, when we arrived was knowledgeable about good places to eat. Breakfast was adequate, but eggs, ham and cheese were not among the options. The woman in the breakfast room was so friendly."
