"Good room comfortable bed and most importantly very clean "

"The beach and restaurant are quite lovely as is the entrance to the hotel. We were taken through the hotel, out the back ally, up some stairs to a different building and into a large undecorated room with a large patio with no view. There was a party in the room above us all night that made it impossible to sleep. I’m sure it was once a lovely location but it hasn’t aged well. Best for young folks that want to party. "

"Property was nice but a bit too far off the beaten path for exploration. However would be a great place to stay in the summer to relax with family or friends. Apartments have nice patio areas and pool/communal areas look fun. Sea is close."

"I couldn’t falter my stay at Terra Rossa. A small residence set among beautiful gardens with great views. We had a studio overlooking the Isola Bella Island. The patio is perfect sized for an evening unwind. The studio provides everything you need and is cool. The pool area is never too busy. Staff are friendly and helpful. "

"Lovely location to get the train to and from. Walking distance to a lot of nice bars and restaurants. The host was lovely and very helpful. You can use the washing machine which was helpful for we travelled hand luggage only. Apartment was large and had everything you needed, even a friendly cat that would visit the garden! The house is perfect for a multigenerational family with separate living spaces and then large communal spaces. Daniel and Raphael are great hosts with connections to drivers and private chefs. "The most important from this property is the staff. Mr. Mario was always on top of everything, he is very professional on his duty. Super educated person and very kindly with my kids. His son was super friendly when we arrived late night too and super generous to help with the bags. The staff for breakfast Ms Sylvia very kind and professional on her job, super friendly and attentive. Mateo also aware of everything. Very pleasant our stay here feels like home. 🏠 "

"Great location and amazing views! Our hotel room had a beautiful balcony with a view of Mt. Etna! The pool area was very nice and drinks and food can be ordered while relaxing or you can go to the bar! Stepping off the elevator and having the doors open to the gorgeous ocean view as you walk through the cave is always amazing! Truly an experience! All staff is friendly and helpful! The shuttles that take you back and forth to the town of Taormina are a great feature and many options of times! Just make sure to reserve early AM your spots! "

"My stay at the Splendid Hotel in Taormina was absolutely wonderful. The location couldn’t be better - just a short walk to the town center and the cable car that takes you down to the sea. It’s the perfect base to explore everything Taormina has to offer. What truly stood out, though, was how warm and welcoming the atmosphere was from the moment I arrived. The hotel has a charming, relaxing vibe, and the staff made me feel completely at home. A special mention goes to Mohammed at the front desk, who was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help. Whether I needed directions, recommendations, or just a friendly conversation, Mohammed was consistently attentive and thoughtful. His hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. "I loved this property and will stay again! There was 4 of us and we stayed for 6 nights. The staff were amazing- kind attentive genuinely helpful. The room was quite clean beautiful and bright with a view overlooking the sea. The breakfast was basic but good and the dinner was delicious. We went out most days nights because we wanted to see the surrounding area. Location is great - you can easily walk to the cable car however if you’re from the states this may feel scare as they don’t have a side walk and cars go very fast. At one point the bus came past us and it felt like the scary instagram reels. You do get used to it and locals walk these narrow roads often. If you don’t feel like walking the staff will call you a cab and it was only $20 each way for 4 people which is actually less expensive then the cable cars. There is also a bus stop 20 feet from the entrance. Other great experiences were the beach and service at the beach. The beach is private and there is an attendant to help you with seating towels drinks and etc. right next door there is a place to borrow kayaks and paddle boards. The view was amazing and overall it was an incredible stay!!"
