"The rooms were great, the view and property were amazing. The only two things that I would have changed would be a better scrubber for the pots instead of just dishrags to get a good clean, and our biggest drawback was the fridge barely working and the freezer not working at all. The food we purchased for the weekend had to be kept in coolers with ice we had to go buy after we had lost all of the frozen items. Not really something they could help without knowing beforehand, but we did lose money and food because of it. I would absolutely stay again if the fridge was fixed. "

"So close to Colorado bend state park! Close to the Colorado bend general store! Live music, cold beer! Our dog enjoyed the property! 10/10, second time back and we will continue coming back when we plan a trip here! Fiesta winery is also close by and a great time! "

"This ENTIRE property is gorgeous. The management company responded any time we had questions. A tech was sent out to help with resetting the cooling and heating system. The kids were thrilled about staying in a tent. It truly was comfortable camping. The solo stove was perfect for most of our meals and the community kitchen and game area by the river were used plenty as well. Everything we needed was supplied. Great stay. Highly recommended. "

"My husband and I wanted a getaway from DFW, this place was perfect! No TV/Wifi which was exactly what we needed. There is still good cell service so you’re not completely off the grid. The cabin is so clean and has everything you need. It was oddly chilly during our stay (Texas…) but we were still able to enjoy nature walks and the super friendly goats and horses. We will be bringing our 2 daughters for our next visit. "
