"The hotel rooms were clean. Breakfast was free for guest from 6 AM to 11 AM. However, parking garage smelled like a sewer and so did the elevator is coming up from the parking garage. Excellent boutique hotel in a nice and trendy area of Santiago. This hotel is an Expedia VIP hotel. As an Expedia guest, the hotel gave me a room upgrade and a free bottle of champagne. The customer service has been excellent. The staff are very friendly. The hotel is very boutiquie in a great area. The rooms are big and quiet. I highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay there again. The breakfast is so good too! It s 5 stars for me!

Property was just a shown in the pictures. Mountain views were really nice. The property is located on a main road but we heard no street noise at all. Shower had lots of hot water and good pressure and the beds were very comfortable. Service by staff was fantastic, and they spoke great English.
