"Really nice casita. The private yard space was great, my kitty enjoyed it. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Being so close to River road is a huge plus. Great communication with the host. Works well for people who like to cook and bbq outside, not so much for inside cooking besides microwave. I enjoyed my stay here and would stay again."

"It was fine, it served as a place to stay, nearish to Banner Hospital, it was affordable. Some of the staff was helpful. Some of the staff would have rather been anywhere else, merely based on the dismissive responses I received. I walked out to find my rear tire deflated on the day of departure, not slashed, someone took the time to deflate my tire. So I wouldn’t say parking is that secure. If I find a better rate anywhere else on my next trip, I will stay at any another hotel. "

They didn’t have another room available and when we checked out the desk clerk said that they were not supposed to rent that room because they knew the AC was not working. I paid for my room in full when I booked it 4 days earlier. No excuse for us being placed in that room"

"Room wood floors were so dirty walking from the bed to the bathroom turned are feet completely black. Had no hot water the second day and no timeline when it would be fixed. Checked out with no shower. Bed frame was so shaky bed felt like it was gonna fall over just moving."

"Breakfast was more like a snack. Housekeeping left at 5:00 pm sharp despite not getting to clean our room. I had to complain to get someone to come take care of the room after 6:00 pm. Which they did. Probably would not stay here again. For a Sheraton? Poor."

"This is a beautiful home and was perfect for what we needed. There was more than enough space for all of us. The neighborhood was quiet with no issues at all. We were disappointed in not having extra towels, toilet paper, and paper towels. We made due and this was a small annoyance. Overall we had an excellent stay."
