"It was fine, it served as a place to stay, nearish to Banner Hospital, it was affordable. Some of the staff was helpful. Some of the staff would have rather been anywhere else, merely based on the dismissive responses I received. I walked out to find my rear tire deflated on the day of departure, not slashed, someone took the time to deflate my tire. So I wouldn’t say parking is that secure. If I find a better rate anywhere else on my next trip, I will stay at any another hotel. "

"The air conditioning unit was not working and the night was unbearable. They didn’t have another room available and when we checked out the desk clerk said that they were not supposed to rent that room because they knew the AC was not working. I paid for my room in full when I booked it 4 days earlier. No excuse for us being placed in that room"

"Room wood floors were so dirty walking from the bed to the bathroom turned are feet completely black. Had no hot water the second day and no timeline when it would be fixed. Checked out with no shower. Bed frame was so shaky bed felt like it was gonna fall over just moving."

"Breakfast was more like a snack. Housekeeping left at 5:00 pm sharp despite not getting to clean our room. I had to complain to get someone to come take care of the room after 6:00 pm. Which they did. Probably would not stay here again. For a Sheraton? Poor."

"This is a beautiful home and was perfect for what we needed. There was more than enough space for all of us. The neighborhood was quiet with no issues at all. We were disappointed in not having extra towels, toilet paper, and paper towels. We made due and this was a small annoyance. Overall we had an excellent stay."

"It was great I would definitely stay there again the condo was so cozy as a matter of fact we are planning another trip and hoping to get the same condo it was very close to all of the places we had planned to go it was also great that we had on parking spot with the condo The beds were so comfortable and the condo was fully stocked with you everything you could possibly need I would definitely recommend anyone to stay there if you are visiting Tucson Believe me you won’t regret it!!!!"
