"Food is excellent. Service was very friendly and attentive. Would definitely come back. Only thing I wasn't happy with was check out is at noon and they cut your wrist band off and don't get access for lunch. If you want to go eat before transportion arrives you have to pay for the buffet"

"Beautiful property which is secluded and quiet. Owner and Maria are amazing and quick communication without overbearing. Has all the requirements for a great stay. As you’re ‘off grid’ - it is harder to keep clean and are more wildlife which other reviewers have mentioned. But if you take into account the location, seclusion, and area around you - it makes sense so we had no concerns. My kids and I did enjoy the game of ‘what animal are we saving from the pool this morning!’ Would highly recommend your own car but Maria and wifi are able to arrange transport if needed. Area has a little ‘beach club’ down the road which we enjoyed and surf boards and body surfing boards. "

"All staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They know much more english than we did spanish, and were happy to help with our needs and left us alway feeling welcomed, satisfied and safe. Food was very plentiful, and i appreciated the change up and variety "

"The shoreline is not swimmable at all despite what is advertised. Significant currents. Also the room itself was quite run down and not fully equipped with amenities like a blow dryer or ironing board. The most significant issue for us was a lack of towels in the room. No bath mat was provided and we were only equipped with face cloths and one hand towel on about 4 days out of our 7 day stay. Only one bath towel per person was provided. The other issue is that you are provided with limited water bottles-1 small one per person per day and are charged extra if you require more. The beach and grounds are beautiful but overall the hotel toom was run down. Definitely not a 5 star experience. More like 2-3 stars. "

"The beach club was very nice including the pool and the beach. The rooms were clean and decent with fantastic air conditioning. I wish I had known that there was no fridge or coffee maker in the room. Buffet 7-11 am at the resort and then 7pm for supper. Near the end of our stay, we found we could order a snack in between this time. There was a shuttle to the beach club starting at 9:30 am but there were no drinks served until 11:00 and no food until 1:00. It would’ve been nice to know these things ahead of time. The food was ok. "

"Mis vacaciones de cumpleaños fueron como si estuviera en un lugar con ambulantes pero los ambulantes fueron el staff muy insistentes de tomar una plática con la agencia de viajes HYATT❌ de verdad pésima calidad de no poder andar libre por los pasillos o ir a comer es real mente agotador y desagradable el tener que lidiar con personas así cuando son vacaciones deberían respetar la decisión de cada persona. No volvería En la limpieza mi duvet estaba sucio 🤢"
