"Nice room. Shower floor not the cleanest. Hairs present. One concern was finding the property. Not an easy thing. Another concern was how you enter and leave the property. The outside gate is always locked and you have to request the front desk to open it. Our room was in a different building and we didn't pass the front desk so we had to press a button and wait for them to open the gate. So coming back to the hotel you had to press a button and wait again for them to open the gate. A bit of a hassle."

"Hosts were very helpful with every aspect of the facility, area attractions, driving directions. Breakfast selections were plentiful. Reserved parking was super convenient. Views from our room of the countryside were amazing. It was a simple walk across the road to access the historic center of Perugia. This was a gem of a facility in all ways. Highly recommend."

"Location was very good, and easy to access the main areas of town and the min metro stations. Property was in good condition and the staff were very helpful. The only challenge was as a 190+cm (6’3) man, the washrooms and toilets were cramped. But overall, good stay and was certainly worth the value. "
