Night clerk was indifferent at best, no information on hotel amenities, breakfast times, Wi-Fi etc… We were in Fiuggi for a romantic weekend. The room did not add to that. First flag of trouble was when we got to the door, as we put the key in the lock, the door swung open, made a mental note to use the room safe. Only problem was could not, it was locked. "Very nice hotel and extremely nice village! We were very lucky that there was a street village during the period we were there. The only issue was the wifi- no wifi in the rooms (which we then saw was written in the summary on expedia) but there was no wifi in the breakfast area either or in the garden area in front of the hotel which was quite disappointing."
