"Most important is the property and room were clean. The evening clerk, Rebecca, was great at check in, told me about the area and a little Italian culture as it's my first time. I usually avoid the house breakfast but this was good for the price. Morning clerk, Alissia, was also great somehow managing the dinning room and checking petout. Note to management, as hard she was working, one person can't effectively do both jobs. It's not a Hilton, but it's not meant to be, but again it's clean, new and a surprisingly low price during the Holiday season. "

"Thw only problem we had was with the AC. We were there the first week of October and our rooms were warm. When we asked they told us it had not been turned on and they would do so. After going back and forth a few times we were told they just turned on the blower because in the ‘winter’ they don’t have AC. We did not have this issue traveling in Italy for over 25 days. It was strange and felt like they did not want to just tell us that from the beginning. Otherwise the hotel was lovely appointed."

"Marco was an amazing host, always on hand to help us, from the moment we had paid for the trip he's communication was brilliant, the apartment is beautiful, the pictures are just what you see on the advert, sitting out on the balcony as the sunsets was amazing. "We absolutely loved our stay in Sermoneta; the town itself is a magical combination of winding cobblestone streets and alleyways, beautiful 12th-15th century houses and churches and topped off with a magnificent castle!Communication throughout was prompt and very helpful. The property itself is full of character with a charming garden and one of the very few swimming pools in the town.During our two weeks we had two day trips to Rome and an overnight trip to Pompeii and Naples as well as plenty of excursions to local beaches, historic sites and a waterpark!"
