"Very nice, clean, and well appointed hotel near the Gran Terminal del Caribe. There are few services directly around hotel, but the property is a short, 15 minute walk to La Avenida central. Staff were very friendly and helpful."

"We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The decoration and facilities are beautiful. My stay was for 9 days and 8 nights, and the staff was great and extremely helpful in setting up our excellent tours. Our room was beautiful and extremely comfortable. Our trip was for a birthday, and the staff was extremely nice and helped me set up the room with champagne, balloons and a note for my husband, so he was able to see it all as soon as we entered our room. When we head back to San Jose, we will definitely stay at this location again! No doubt!"

"The rooms are super spacious, in excellent condition, and the cleanliness is the best I’ve ever seen. The amenities are great. One area for improvement is the restaurant service; some of the staff don’t always seem to be in the best mood. The restaurant is on the smaller side, but the food is delicious. There is free parking available, and the views are stunning."

"I don't even know where to start. This place was PERFECTION! The staff in the entire hotel was incredibly friendly and helpful, I feel that they are all our friends now. The food at the restaurant is amazing, people come visit from outside the hotel just to dine at the restaurant. The pools are sooo nice, and that is a highlight for me because my husband hates getting into pools, I literally had never seen him enjoy a pool the was he did in this hotel. We didn't have to share it with other guests when we went in and it just feels very peaceful and the views are breathtaking. The day we checked out I literally thought he would not get out of the pool so we could leave. The servers at the restaurant and pool bar were very nice and we enjoyed having conversations with them, Abraham, Anthony and Ricardo. The bell guys, the tour guide, our concierge, it just feels like they're all a family. The room was super comfortable and spacious, we had a view even from the shower with a giant window, plus a balcony and a huge rooftop for ourselves. They offer a complimentary tour of the property that is about 6 acres of preserved forest where you can see monkeys, sloths, scarlet macaws, among many other birds and species."

"El personal es muy colaborador y amable. Estuve contento de hallar en mi cuarto una mesita que me sirvió de escritorio, lo que no había en mi habitación en febrero. Aprecio el aislamiento fónico que limita la entrada de los ruidos exteriores, y las batas muy abrigadas. Cama confortable. Excelente atención 1) en el restaurante, en particular de Fabiola, Viviana, Luis y Carlos, siempre con una sonrisa. 2) en la recepción, con Randy, Kenia y Jonathan. La música queda fuerte y no relajante, pero tengo que resignarme, porque en prácticamente todos los lugares (hoteles, restaurantes y almacenes, hay esa música agitada, salvo en los restaurantes de alta gama. Regresaré con gusto en enero de 2027, para quedarme con gusto varios días con mi esposa."
