The hotel and staff were wonderful, food was great. The only problem was that the water temperature fluctuated so much that it was almost impossible to take a shower. The water was way too hot. Maybe temperature limiting shower fixtures would help.

Dora was AWESOME! Jenny as well. I paid for a week in advance with request for quiet room to heal after surgery. They put me next to construction with saws and hammering during the day. If you need quiet go elsewhere!

Great AC and comfortable beds and plenty of hot water in the shower. Not much in the way of amenities. There was sufficient food on the breakfast buffet but it wasn’t hot … and cold eggs aren’t appetizing

Spacious clean rooms and delicious breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially Jorge at the front desk who went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay by providing us with recommendations on places to visit, helping us book tours and providing us with a map for guidance on places we can visit in the city center.
