"Excellent location and view. Noise is expected and part of living in the area. Staff were kind and courteous. There was a rush for breakfast even in mid March. Some.noise at night from the usuage of laundry machines in the floor. Loved my stay though"

"You cannot beat the location. Steps from Piazza San Marco, and a relatively short walk to Ponte de Rialto, and of course great restaurants and shopping all around. The staff was very kind and helpful, and the room itself was great - nicely updated and comfortable. It was an added bonus to have breakfast included, though I would likely eat out if I were to do it again as there are better options. The only thing holding this back from a five star review is the smell, which is tough to get past. It wasn’t noticeable in the room, but once you stepped into the hallway, it was incredibly strong. If you can get past that, it is a wonderful hotel with an exceptional location."

"I booked in the annex building and was assigned to Room 509. I am 5’ll” in height and kept hitting my head on the room’s ceiling beams. Not sure if all the rooms are all the same. Other than that, the location is perfect and centrally located in Venice, the hotel staff are great, and the hotel is very clean. "

"Great location is the top Comment. Very close to stop in water bus (vaporetto) and a quick walk to St. Mark’s square (in a nearly straight line for the directionally challenged. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and had all the basics. Church bells ring nearby which is part of the Venice experience so just be aware. Good selection at breakfast but room is very crammed at peak (around 8). Sadly a few very rude guests but staff maintained composure. "
