Great house close to everything.

We had a great stay. The house had everything we needed. It was close to stores and the college. The beds were comfortable and it was super quiet. We would stay again.

Great place to stay!

What a fantastic house! The outdoor and living spaces were perfect for having people over and to get the most out of a SLO weekend. What a great property, will stay here if ever the opportunity arises again.

Grandma's 84th Birthday

Lovely place with great hot tub, bocce ball court, patio. Very comfortable large, living & dining area. We had a wonderful stay!

This is a great place for the family to hang out.

This place has everything that you need for a large family to hang out, play games and sleep comfortably. Our family of 11 fit comfortably in this home. We had a wonderful stay.

Clean, comfortable, and fun!

Check in process was super easy and the host communicated well and was very friendly. We had 7 adults and 3 children staying at the house for a running retreat but 12 adults hanging out during the day- and the outdoor space was perfect for us! The hot tub and cornhole weregreat also!

Great property with awesome backyard, kitchen and living room. Plenty of space and very welcoming. Had a hiccup with check in codes but was resolved quickly!

Family Wedding

This was the absolute most perfect stay as our daughter's wedding took place at the Madonna Inn. It was a great space for our family to gather in one place. The kitchen was well stocked, and as an avid cook, I appreciated that! Our host was responsive, courteous, and attentive. We highly recommend.

Relaxing & nostalgic

Perfect location in SLO, super close to where I used to live when I went to Cal Poly. The house was clean and in good condition with good amenities. Michael was a great host and communicated well with us. I'd definitely stay here again!

Family Gathering

We celebrated my mom’s 80th birthday with her adult grandchildren’s & great grandkid's. The pictures of the place do not do it justice! Very roomy & we had every thing we needed. Coffee & restaurants are close by too. I totally recommend 👍

Nice and Quiet

We had 6 adults and 5 children. There was a large kitchen and enough space for all of us to be comfortable. We slept with the windows open and it was very quiet which was a huge plus.

Lovely home

Weekend stay to visit our son, a Cal Poly student. Beautiful and very comfortable home with a lovely backyard. We had a very nice family BBQ. Played Bocce ball. It was a very convenient location. Would definitely stay here again!

Just Right for our Group of 6

This was one of the cleanest and most well-maintiained vacation homes that our family has stayed in. Michael was great with communications and the house was in terrific shape. We especially loved the jacuzzi at night. It's 2-10 minutes from anything in SLO, and 10-15 minutes to Avila or Pismo. We'd definitely stay here again.

Amazing house

The house was amazing. We truly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful backyard. Relaxing spa. We loved the area to play cornhole and the waterfall added a special backyard tough. Our host even left us a bottle of wine to enjoy. Rooms were spacious. We’d definitely stay there again as a group.

Good central location, clean, spacious rooms, ample parking in driveway, plenty of shaded areas and space for activities in backyard. Our 3 generations of family had a great time. No complaints. I would go there again.

Great Vacation Property

We stayed her for me sisters’s bachelorette party and it was wonderful! Plenty of room for everyone to sleep and hang out. The hot tub was perfect and definitely would have enjoyed the fireplace if it was cooler. Everything was clean and in working order. Location is perfect and so close to many restaurants. Will definitely look up this spot again if we are in SLO!

Inviting place to call home

I stopped to get some eggs, cheese, milk and bread to get me to the morning shopping before checking into the house. So many spices, tea, coffee, and kitchen and bath soaps--all kinds of incidentals were provided as if I were a guest in this home. Just a wonderful experience for a week.

Helped When Needed

It was a very clean and tidy place. We were awoken by construction workers who came into the backyard early on Sunday morning. We texted the owner with our concerns, and he responded promptly. He was gracious enough to support us quickly and resolved the issue, which we really appreciated. It was a great house and had a lot of lovely amenities. Thank you!

Villa Eduardo - Eccellente!

First, all was exactly as advertised in listing! We walked into a very clean, bright, beautiful property with Italian music playing in the background and an unexpected complimentary bottle of wine in the frig! Plenty of amenities, games, seating, linens, etc. The owners promptly responded to questions which we hardly had because all instructions were very clear! The location was perfect next to central SBO and a safe, quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking! I could say a lot more good things so if anyone has any questions, I will respond accordingly! Just one suggestion: add a few more mirrors in the bedrooms!

Lovely experience

The house was great for a large group (8 adults) Well equipped kitchen and comfortable living space. Big kitchen, which helped with our “too many cooks” dynamic. Wonderful outdoor space and we had a great time with the corn hole and bocce ball sets. Close to downtown SLO so easy to get to movies, restaurants. A few things to improve: front bathroom shower curtain has black mold and needs to be cleaned or replaced. Window blinds in second bedroom are falling apart and couldn’t be used. Would have liked hand towels in addition to the bath towels and soap at the bathroom sinks.

Villa Eduardo Stay

Our host called while in route to tell us the property would not be ready at the promised time of 3:00pm. Luckily, we were running late and that ended up not being a problem. Overall, the inside of the house was clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked. The condition of the backyard was disappointing as it did not match the picture on the website, especially the bocce ball court, which had not been maintained. The hot tub was ready for us upon arrival. The neighborhood was very noisy with the neighbor playing booming music throughout the weekend. At times it was so annoying that we could not be outside. We did not know until receiving the check-in info 24 hours prior that tenants of a back property would be accessing a walkway which was directly next to the bedroom windows. Although we were assured privacy screens on the windows would be sufficient, the 5 women in the house were not comfortable with people walking next to their windows at all hours. The final reason for my poor review occured on our last day. Checkout was at 12:00 noon, and at 9:00 am, unannounced, a man entered the backyard while we were all in pajamas, to clean the hot tub that we were about use! We were given no prior knowledge and we left our stay all feeling disappointed. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this property.
