No Parties and no Bocci or music outside after 10 this is a very quiet neighborhood Or Police will be called.
NICELY FURNISHED, Large yard ALL FENCED. GOOD NEIGHBORHOOD, CAN WALK TO TOWN. VERY QUIET.
CLOSE TO EVERYTHING GOLF, WINERIES, FAIR GROUNDS, DOWNTOWN, GREAT DRIVE TO CAMBRIA, HEARST CASTLE, SAN LUIS OBISPO, MORROW BAY, SOLVANG OR SANTA BARBARA all within 40 minutes NICE AND BRIGHT AND VERY CLEAN.
