Great stay very close to downtown SLO. Garage and parking were very convenient. The living room area is super comfortable and great for socializing, also had a fireplace! Comfy beds and a steam shower in master bedroom. Would love to book this location again!

Great modern condo close to everything we wanted to do.

Had a wonderful stay. The condo is close to everything we were doing over the weekend, the rooms were quiet, and having the additional half-bath downstairs was great for our group of 6. Ample parking for all our cars and bikes. Would definitely stay here again.

Visited SLO with my husband & our adult son. Great location. Comfortable beds & plenty towels & linens. Could use a little maintenance, but all we needed was there. Nice to have garage to park in. Front door was easily accessible. Close to downtown, restaurants & grocery.

The shower in the master bathroom has a steamer and rain handle, it was so relaxing and lovely. Updated interior, very usable living space. Quiet neighborhood, a little dark at night. Very convenient location to get around slo/AG/and wineries. Would definitely stay again!

Great home for a family vacation

The location was perfect for a wedding at the Mission. The accommodations exceeded our expectations. The pictures did not disappoint. My daughters have allergies to dogs, and they did not have any issues even though this rental allows pets, so cleaning was great. Looking forward to coming back to enjoy a weekend with no schedule.

Nice condo with gas fireplace, makes it cozy. Garage parking is very nice. The stairs to the bedrooms on the 2nd floor could use a bannister. Comfy beds.

This VRBO is clean, nice, well-decorated and spacious. The whole family was impressed with the lighting system throughout the house. The bathroom even had specialty lighting features!

3 day getaway in a quiet location.

The property is clean and accommodating. Spacious for 4 adults and definitely a quiet neighborhood. Ease of check in and out, was simple. The communication from the host was a plus, in regard to construction being done on the complex. It was not an issue at all. We would definitely recommend.

Nice Condo near downtown SLO

We stayed here for a wedding in downtown. It was great for a short drive or an Uber pick-up. There is a new coffee place that is walkable, which was great. The property was sleek in style with accent lighting. Each room had a large TV and the main bedroom had a large well-appointed bathroom. The property entrance is not in front and you need to enter in the back through the ally or garage. Tell your Uber driver because it is confusing. The ally is the actual street. The kitchen has coffee, but not creamers or condiments, really. If you were staying longer and planning to cook, you would need to bring everything in. Just FYI. Really comfy beds. Wonderful communication too. Overall a great place.

I am trying to be kind here as Sabrina the host seems to be very nice and as a small business owner, I am trying to be respectful of that with Sabrina, but we experienced so many issues here. Sheets on at least one bed had not been changed, which prompted us to wash all of the sheets. Furniture had not been dusted. Too many remote controls with no instructions anywhere on how to work anything. Steep and numerous stairs with no railing. Floors upstairs are VERY loud. You can literally hear everything from room to room. Garage door remote battery died, water filter in fridge needed to be changed and reverse osmosis system needed to be charged. And the least of our worries- the powder room was out of order the entire time. I am truly surprised this rental has received as many five star reviews as it has. The positives are location, spaciousness, dog friendly and Sabrina was very communicative. Unfortunately those do not outweigh the negatives for our group.
