" Not happy about 15d a night parking charge"

"I did not use the hot tub or swimming pool, the breakfast was good . The room was terrible - last time it redone was probably the early 2000. The heat took forever to come on and the sink was plugged the whole time there. The carpet was terrible . I could not wait to leave and I left a day early . I lost money . "

"This is one of our favorite Hotels to stay at when in SLO. W have been staying here for years and now our kids love it too. The best pool for families & overall fun experience for everyone to enjoy! :) "

"The hotel is run down. No fan in bathroom, paint chipping off everywhere. Hair on sheets. Only one umbrella at pool and it’s busted. I pictured a retro cool hotel. It’s needs major renovation. AC in our suite did not work. Dirt beside beds and water pressure was terrible. "

"It was a nice stay. It is convenient and walkable to downtown. I would have liked the pillows a little softer. The pillows were too hard for us. Otherwise, we have no other complaints. We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants downtown. "
