"Lots of cats everywhere. Lots of nice amenities including a good grocery store, nice restaurant and laundry facilities. Not enough dryers but otherwise good. Cabins are not at all sound proof and the bedrooms are cold in the off season. "

"What a fabulous find this hotel is! I’ve stayed in lots of places in Rome over the past 20 years and I decided on Trastevere this time around as I wanted a calm vibe as my mum was with me. The Una Esperienze was just…perfect! From the moment we arrived, we appreciated the friendliness of the reception team (big up Sofia and Manuela) and how beautifully clean and maintained the hotel and our room was. I would recommend to all and hope I can return at some time. Towels changed every day! Only one small bit of feedback, the roof terrace was disappointing. We arrived, dropped bags and headed up with our books - excited for a few aperols and a sunset! Sadly, we were left standing awkwardly (just 2 tables in the roof terrace bar at the time) and were ignored for about 5 minutes with no welcome. We eventually sat ourselves at a table and the drinks menu arrived (a little begrudgingly, I felt) about 3 minutes after. We ordered and drinks turned up fast enough and we enjoyed these for a few minutes but sadly it began to rain. We moved inside. I asked the waitress whether we could sit in the lighter side of the roof terrace which was to the right…the bar to the left felt very dark with lots of lights not on/ working? She replied sharply that this side was for restaurant guests only and walked off. We were not offered food menus and it put me off having food or drinks up there again. If the service in the roof terrace can be improved, this is the perfect hotel. "
