A little disappointing

The house was clean accept for the fans. They have not been cleaned in a very long time. The parking leaves a lot to be desired. But the experience was great.

Family Vacation to Puerto Rico

The home was clean and in great shape. However, only one bedroom has AC. The listing it is deceiving. Although, at the bottom the host listed the comments about the AC availability it was not clearly communicated. In future need to make it very clear and follow up with guests immediately after booking. Otherwise, they will make the same mistake.

Read carefully amenities

House was great. Host was great really good communication. Downfall of the place is that it's really tricky make sure to read amenities by clicking it ! You will not see it unless you click on it! Only 1 room has air-conditioned despites showing amenities with air condition. If you click on amenities it will say it if you don't you will assume it has it. Rooms are so hot specially the last one air fan don't do much. You wake up sweating. Not worth staying due to the heat! Please read. Don't get trick like we did since the main page doesn't show it.

Do not stay there

The Neighborhood is unpleasant, feels unsafe when we try to walk around, the area around is dirty, houses next door are being renovated and work started at 7:30 am. Nothing walkable nearby.Zero attention to detail. Thrown together and listed online. They didn't even have hand soap in the bathroom or kitchen, no black out shades, windows didn't close properly, ( the handle to open/ close the window was completely detached from the wall in the master bedroom.) The window nets were bent letting in the mosquitos to feast on us. Light in the kitchen didn't work, the fan in one bathroom sounded like an airplane landing. Coffee machine didn't work. Cheap Furniture with bed slats and couch slats detached. They advertise AC in the house but only the master bedroom had an A.C and the rest of the house is REALLY hot, even in early December.Only positives are that it is spacious, the laundry machine works well and there are nice TV's in the unit. Hopefully the owner actually puts some effort into making this a better rental, but given that nothing was changed from prior reviews until now it's probably not going to happen. Spend the extra money and stay in a nicer neighborhood near the Laguna del Condado .

Roaches and weak A/C

There were multiple roaches crawling in the master bed and dead ones under the mattress. The posting is misleading when it says A/C: there is one unit in the master bedroom and it is barely powerful enough for that room. Check-in was very confusing. Multiple lock boxes which you end up not needing anyway. Host asked for critical information last minute as I was on a flight in which delayed our check-in time. We didn't even end up staying because of the roaches. Property is also in a shady area.

Living amongst locals, nice interior, deceptive with air conditioning. Good for price

The neighborhood seemed sketchy but turned out to be ok. The parking was a bit of an issue if you have more than 1 car. The listing says air conditioning, however only the master bedroom has AC. The other 2 rooms were a bit hot. The host must be new at this or is just not communicative. Never got the property info until I reached out the same day we were arriving and he said they send it out 30 mins before check-in. He then sent the door code but I didn’t have the address to the property. A bit strange but overall if the communication were there and had they disclosed the actual AC arrangement in the home it wasn’t bad.
