5 days to relax!

Thanks Brendan, we loved the apartment! It was so clean and the pics are the most accurate of most any VRBO we've seen. Thanks for the extras (beach chairs, beach towels, hats, umbrellas) and all the kitchen supplies we needed. The unit is very convenient to many stores and restaurants. The beach is gorgeous, even moreso than Belize! The weather is perfect, the rain shower comes through and goes away! Thanks for a much needed relaxation break. We will be back!

Nice setup but backup power could be better

We stayed at CoralBeachBum for 8 nights. The studio itself is well setup with sleeping arrangements, seating, kitchen area and bath making the most of the space including a combination GE washer/dryer that was a nice surprise. The building location is convenient to the beach, shopping, hotels and main roads and the neighborhood feels safe. Check-in was easy and Brendan, the owner, was responsive when we had a question.Unfortunately, we lost power twice for 16 hours during our stay about five days apart. The generator in the building kicks in to power the elevators but it spewed gas fumes near our balcony forcing us to keep windows closed with no A/C or fan available. There is no backup power in the apartment save for a CyberPower battery power supply for charging phones where the battery dies out within seconds of trying to use it. Another thing is that there is a lot of street noise (loud music and cars revving) and drunk people shouting in the hallways late at night. I’d recommend that the owner add flashlights to the apartment and to replace the CyberPower unit with a more robust working unit along with a rotating standing fan that can run off the battery unit. We loved our time in Puerto Rico despite these issues.

Coral beach studio

Great place for 2 people to stay. Brendan was always prompt to reply to any questions. The bed is very comfortable. The shower is great, water hot, and towels are thick! The location is awesome. There are many great restaurants to walk to. It is also nice to have beach chairs and coolers available to use. It is also a secure place to stay. We would definitely rent here again!

Super clean, comfortable, and excellent location

When I walked in, the first thing I noticed is that it was spotless and everything was organized very neatly. The apartment was stocked with everything you could ever need for a stay. The floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass door to the balcony can flood the apartment with as much light as you want, but also have blackout curtains that can keep it as dark as night. The view from the balcony provides views of the beach and the main avenue. Brendan was a very gracious host and was always available at any time with any questions. There is a 24 hour market across the street and a great variety of food options at walking distance, including a 24 hour outdoor bar and grill down the street. The pool is meticulously maintained, with direct access to the beach is just a few steps away. I'd recommend this rental to anyone without hesitation. It's ideal for single travelers or couples looking to explore the island or just relax under the sun.
