Our beautiful apartment offers a wonderful stay with the following features:

Our location is ideal, as we are just 5 minutes from Old San Juan, 5 minutes from the beach, and 15 minutes from the airport.
This spacious and inviting apartment is the perfect place to relax and unwind during your visit or after a busy day.
Guest Access:
Our apartment is located on the 6th floor of a building that includes a reception area and a security guard. Also have access to an elevator and one dedicated parking spot.
Other Things to Note:
Security Deposit Policy: To ensure the property remains in top condition, a $200 refundable deposit is required. By confirming your reservation, you agree to the following:
* Payment: A team member will contact you to arrange payment 5 days prior to your arrival. This is mandatory for check-in; instructions will not be released until it is settled.
* Refund Process: Our team requires time to conduct a thorough inspection and finalize maintenance reports after your check out, which is why we disclose a 7 to 14 business day window for refunds.
* Finalization: We will contact you once the refund is processed. The full amount will be returned provided there are no damages or rule violations. In the event of any incidentals, you will receive a detailed summary of deductions. Thank you for your cooperation.
We consider an item damaged if it falls into any of the following categories:
Furniture & Fixtures: Any broken, missing, or structural damage to furniture wit hin the apartment.
Linens & Textiles: Any permanent stains, tears, or damage to towels, bedding, or other household linens.
Our support team is available until 11:00 PM. While you can still check in after this time, please be aware that we will have limited staff available to assist you until the following morning.
