Stunning Beachfront remodeled 3/2 apt! Comes with VIVO BEACH CLUB MEMBERSHIP

Our property is a beautiful private newly remodeled apartment in the EL SAN JUAN TOWERS, OR ESJ TOWERS building. This building sits right on Isla Verde Beach, next to El SAN JUAN RESORT. From our balcony and all three bedrooms you can see and hear the beach in front of you. The apartment orientation is to the north, so the view to the beach is a direct, straight view, as opposed to a lateral view. The building is half hotel and half private condos. It has a gym, concierge, reception area. The pool is being renovated, so we offer the apartment with membership for up to 8 guests, at nearby VIVO Beach Club, which has 2 pools, a local brewery, shops, restaurants and bar service both at the pools and at the beach. Beach towels and chairs are offered at the club too. The apartment has direct access to the beach, from the lobby.
We renovated this apartment, it is now very modern with 1,600 square feet of new bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living area. New central A/C unit. All kitchen appliances are stainless steel and brand new, including side by side refrigerator, full range, microwave, dishwasher and front loading clothes washer and dryer. The lobby and common areas are renovated.

Right on the beach

This location is right on the beach with a beautiful view of the beach. This place is very spacious with lots of room for a large group, it was very nice and clean! Access to Vivo Beach Club was amazing! I definitely would recommend this location and plan on rebooking very soon. Thank you Annie & Val

The property was conveniently close to SJU airport, but far away that none of the air traffic around the airport was an issue. Check in was smooth and owners were accommodating to a late check out after our flight was moved out. Apartment was clean, spacious, well appointed and comfortable. Located at the end of the floor gave it a more private feel. Parking space available in an underground lot kept your car cool and out of the sun. We knew ahead of time the property didn't have a pool available but rental came with passes to the beach club. Beach was easily accessible from building entrance and was not an issue finding a spot to relax in. We would definitely stay here again, property & owners have a well earned rating.Quick tip: Check in first & do a quick inventory before a grocery run.

Absolutely worth it

It was great. We had an issue the bed but the host fixed it. It comes with passes to a pool beach club. I especially loved the view. Great location. They had all the amenities of a hotel. It came with beach towels and chairs even a cooler. Worth it highly recommended

Great Central Location

A group of five of us stayed here for a few days and loved the central location. We went to Vivo Beach Club a few times (loved the brewery there!) and it was easy to get into Old San Juan or out to other parts of the island from the apartment. Plus, the beach is right outside the building. Communication with Val was very quick and easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay

Location was excellent. Quick ride from the airport. Good for families with children. Easy beach access and central to restaurants and shopping. Condo was well equiped. Beds need new mattresses and things are a little worn. Overall a good experience.

We really loved our stay. Location near beach and the beach itself was awesome. Place was super clean. Perfect location for the places we wanted to visit ( Manati, Fajardo , Aricebo and of course San Juan / Old San Juan. The beach access closes at 7pm which wasn’t ideal for us , and PR still recovering from the hurricane , etc so some derelict properties down the beach were a bit of an eyesore. The ESJ owners need to shampoo the carpets on the floor the unit was However , the beach and the views from the balcony were magnificent. The water was clean and clear.

Beautiful place, great location

The property was very clean and updated. The beds and pillows were comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beach is right outside and was very convenient and fun! We stayed over New Year’s Eve and were there when a blackout occured. We lost power for 24 hrs but Annie (property owner) was quick to reach out to us and check to see we had what we needed. There were lanterns available in the condo and it stayed cool enough overnight to be comfortable. On NYE at 9pm we realized we were locked out (due to a miscommunication amongst ourselves as far as who had the keys), and Annie was quick to respond by dropping off another set of keys within 25 minutes! Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely stay there again. Thank you!

Perfect Location

The apartment was the perfect location to everything. It was 5 minutes from the airport, has direct beach access, complimentary access to the Vivi Beach club and a short drive to Old San Juan and other nearby beaches. The grocery store was 1 minute away, Walgreens we could walk to, and there were tons of restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was nice and clean, had complimentary beach chairs, a cooler, boogie boards, water noodles and other goodies for us to use. Communication with the owner and property manager was great. Annie was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again. This was the PERFECT location to please everyone in our group. Thanks for letting us stay.

Beautiful Beach

Condo is in need of some TLC. Although it was clean there were several issues with the property. Several of the electrical outlets did not work did not work . There were no electric outlets in bathrooms. Air conditioner leaked when set at 72. Taped up cracked mirror on closet door stains on mattress covers. Owner did not inform us that most of the amenities ( bar / restaurant were not in operation and Beach Club location was not disclosed. Would suggest owner leaves instruction on how to operate all the TV’s. All the staff were very pleasant & helpful. The property manger was readily available & very responsive and helped to resolve our issues / concerns.

Spacious but showing signs of neglect

Very spacious with good view of ocean but property had many issues and needs improvements. Some issues we communicated to the owner include: Broken latch on patio door. Broken bed frame/couch springs/loose chair legs. Stains and scuffs on floors, walls, rugs, and furniture. Holes in sofa, chair. Broken mirror on closet door. Damaged small kitchen appliances. Broken ice maker. Stains and moisture damage throughout bathrooms. Stained bed linens/comforters. Broken/damaged window blinds. Bad smell coming from water heater closet.

Cute get away . Needs a few updates!

This place was super cute for our get away. The check in was super easy , we had passes to vivo beach club, the beach entrance was right in the back, the beach was beautiful, the neighborhood has a bunch of food spots and convenient stores (love this area isla verde) The only thing i will point out was, when we first got there there was a chair that was broken at the table and one of our girls fell and almost hit her chin on the beautiful glass table . On the first night some of the panels from the one of the beds caved in . It seemed like it might had been a problem before since they had a cement cylinder underneath almost promping the bed. Luckily the person didnt mind stay on the couch for the rest of the stay . One of the mornings we woke up with water in the hall way. We werent sure were it came from but there was alot to of it. We cleaned it up and it didnt happen again Other than those 3 things the stay was great and she wrote down a ton of places for us to visit which was a huge plus!! The whole building itself was clean and nicely kept up. Definitely recommend the stay if they update those few things !!!

A disappointing holiday stay - except for the beach

View (potentially), beach access, walkable restaurants wonderful; many things not. Dishwasher, a listed amenity, broken/dirty. At least two GFCI electrical outlets non-functional, a safety hazard. Host notified on day 2 but nothing done. While view was nice, since the building was being repaired, view included workmen dangling from ropes and making the balcony inaccessible and dirty with stucco/cement. We were not notified of this beforehand, but learned upon arrival to stay off balcony even though the work had to have been scheduled much earlier. Also, long periods of scraping/pounding. Listing stated that pool was under repair but no prior notice that life in the building itself was to be so disrupted. Apartment not fully cleaned or in good repair: Kitchen countertop greasy and sink dirty. Mattresses stained; closet mirror had long crack held by scotch tape; TV (broken or new?) sitting on floor. Chair with broken leg (reported by others) still there. 5 adults in our party; only 3 coffee cups, one cracked. Several marks on walls needing cleaning/repainting. Dryer lint trap not cleaned, fire hazard. Much of furniture quite beaten up with holes, scrapes, and marks. Instead of treating family to a glorious holiday in Puerto Rico, I had to apologize for the unacceptable state of the apartment and accompanying inconveniences. The listing was highly misleading, not meeting any reasonable VRBO standard. We will be reaching out for compensation.

Excellent stay loved everything. The place is very secured with access to beach and the casino next door. Very clean, parking next to lobby entrance with easy access to the elevators. My mom was in a wheelchair and we had no problems getting around with her. The view is beautiful worth the price.

This was our 8th trip to Puerto Rico. The condo was really nice , everyone there on site really accommodating . We locked ourselves out of room and they were there within an hour to open up for us.....Owner of condo very nice.
