The property served the purpose of being convenient to the airport for us. I rated the condition and facilities down because we could not figure out how to use the thermostat in the room. We went to bed early because it was so cold in our room. We couldn’t get it to warm up! Otherwise it was a nice place to stay with a delicious breakfast.

However, I'm sorry to hear about the issue with the thermostat in your room. It can certainly be frustrating when amenities like heating aren't functioning as expected, especially when it impacts your comfort. Good property for long layovers however a luggage trolly or kart would be an asset as it is a little ways away especially when you have a few bags

We stay here for one night as we had a late arrival to PR. Hotel island clean, staff is very nice. Walking from the luggage claim to the hotel there is an area that I didnt feel safe, as it is a lonely area and there were few homeless sleeping on the floor. Besides that everything was perfect.

We stayed overnight when we missed our flight- the hotel is right at the airport - you can walk there from the terminal - so extremely convenient. The staff is exceptional- the gym is exceptional- the rooms are comfortable if a bit small. The breakfast is fine, but the coffee- YUM!

Went with elderly mother in wheelchair. Accessible room was narrow and the bathroom was dangerous for her. Only those with strong upper body can use the toilet. Shower never had hot water.

The hotel was very clean. The staff were very friendly. The shower had no door curtain, so water showers out to the bathroom area. There were not sufficient towels for the guests expected. The bed was comfortable but covers too light. Breakfast had very good staff, but the food was terrible. Highly overpriced, but safe, convenient and clean place to stay for one night after landing very late.

All was good at the hotel. For the most part, all was clean-floors in bathroom were slippery as was the bathtub-it was ok but could have been a bad situation for someone (children/seniors). We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return on future trips. Thank you.

Do not go to the car rentals for service. They were horrible. They only can help you if you pre register. No walk up counter service. Absolutely rude and not helpful at all.

Being that this hotel is located at the San Juan airport, I think it should be kept better, also the air conditioner never got fully cold.

We began our stay with a very friendly welcoming by Angel at the front desk. It was followed by a personal escort to our room by Yolanda, who was so sweet and helpful. Angel continued with his excellent customer service throughout our stay and is part of the reason we are in love with PR and its people. He truly made us feel special and was always willing to help.
