I loved the ocean view right from my bed. The rolling of the ocean and beeeze was heavenly to sleep in.

Great location, you can see the ocean from the living room. You step out walk 50 yards and are at the beach. There is a supermarket about 10 min walk that is very convenient. It was good to have a couple of beach chairs and a boogie board to use during our stay. However the building is old, the apartment could use some improvements.

I liked thst tge property looked like it was advertised on Expedia. The Ring Central property management was helpful and courteous. There was great communication from Ring Central. Had a great time. Will definitely return and recommend to friends. The only addition i would like is that a TV be installed in thw bedroom as well

This property was in a well populated area. The roon was nice. There were a few attention to details that couldve been noted before hard or taken care of prior to our arrival but they arent major issues!!

I would not recommend this property. I communicated 90% of the time by text. My garage remote didn’t work. The parking space was narrow and cornered with another spot that made it difficult to back out of. Our rental smelled old and moldy. There were cobwebs in the corners. They didn’t supply wash clothes. The sheets were balled up in a stale closet. The fridge didn’t cool very well and was full of condensation. The sliding window was stuck and hard to open and dirty. It’s a definite no for me. I will not be returning to this property.

Horrible in all respects. Dirty, old, and cracked and missing concrete on the walls. Terrible value for the money we spent. And that was before we lost electricity this morning.

The agency that manages the rental program was excellent and accommodating. The property is in a good area with decent grocery, restaurant and convenience businesses that are all walkable. It’s right on the beach front which is what drew me to it. My biggest constructive criticism is the specific unit REALLY needs a deep cleaning and maintenance efforts. It had a smell, the shower was dismal and had mold and the pull-out couch was on its last leg. I would stay on the property again but not this unit.

I love the location of the property. However, the apartment needed upgrades. 1- the bathroom shower faucet was dripping water. 2- the sofa bed is broken. 3- the refrigerator was linking water inside. 4- the AC capacity in the living room is not enough.

Great location, nice but poorly maintained

The apartment is in a great location. Great check-in experience and security guard was very helpful. The apartment needs some upgrading and I had to ask for certain things that are usually included with any stay: like at least two rolls of toilet tissue (there was only one for a five day stay for two-three guests). In addition, we were initially provided with one plastic bag for each small trash can. With the expectation that trash be disposed constantly. I must indicate, that open contacting the management of the property, we were given a roll of paper towel and another roll of toilet paper and several plastic bags. So, they were pretty responsive. But it could have been better prepared. On another note, upon preparing luggage, cleaning and tidying up prior to check out, I found a lot of dirt and hair under the bed and someone had left pubic hair in a razor in the bathroom closet. That was truly disgusting! And for that, I recommend changing cleaning staff.

I recently stayed at this 1-bedroom condo in Isla verde San Juan for 5 days and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. Pros: The condo is conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, bars, convenience stores, and the beach. It offers a nice ocean view, private parking, air conditioning, and a swimming pool. The 24-hour security provided peace of mind. The staff were attentive, helpful and pleasant. Cons: The condo is very dated and has a noticeable smell of mold. The air conditioners need cleaning or filter replacements. The bathroom had both a leaky shower and bathtub faucet. Dusty floors and stained windows glass were evident. The sofa bed was jammed and clearly broken, making it unsafe to use. One of the dining room table chairs had a broken leg support which was also unsafe. The windows need caulking to seal them properly, as mosquitoes easily got in. The lack of soundproofing meant every sound and foul odors from street level and vehicle noise could be easily heard at night. There were clear and obvious cracks on the cement window frames of the sliding glass doors raising concerns about the overall safety of the building, especially for those with young children. The small wall bathroom vent was ineffective, causing humidity to build up and rusty, dirty water to fall from the ceiling. The outdoor pool was poorly kept, with slight algae buildup in the deeper area of the pool. Overall the stay was less than enjoyable for me and my family.
