Completely furnished, internet two big TV's Restaurant hotels and bars within walking distance...great night life..17th floor beautiful water views from the bay! front door camaras for your safety...24/7 security, beach chairs and cooler available...
Best beaches in San Juan..uber available, keyless entry comfortable and upgraded...sorry building does not allow pets.. children under 13 must have prior approval...sorry no accommodations for infants.
keyless electronic lock check yourself in and out...Parking upon request $5 dollars per day except for longer than 10 days stay. Apt for 3 people only $50 per day for a 3rd and 4th person! must give notice for approval. Wheelchairs are not allowed inside the apt. they must be left outside! Very clean close to transportation the building was very quite. I l9ved the pool area and the beach was 20 steps away. Amazing place to stay. I will definitely stay here again.

Dee was very prompt and communicative with us before we even booked! The room was great and as advertised and the location was excellent. The bed was very comfortable, water pressure was good, and a/c was powerful. We really enjoyed the beach access, too!
