GOOD TO KNOW

You'll be in the middle of Old San Juan, but one of the things guests love most is that the bedrooms are positioned away from the street, making them much quieter for sleep than you might expect from such a central location.

The 2 extra spots beyond our 3 bedrooms are on that same living room sectional — not a pull-out sofa bed. It's deep and comfortable, and guests consistently enjoy hanging out on it together, but if your last two guests need a firm mattress, keep that in mind.

GUEST ACCESS:
Secure self check-in via lockbox. Check-in instructions are sent three days before arrival, and the lockbox code is provided at check-in time.

You'll have full private access to the apartment and all of its amenities, along with access to the shared coin-operated washer and dryer between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.

Baggage drop-off may be available with advance notice.

A FEW THINGS TO CONSIDER BEFORE BOOKING:

1. Please treat the home with care — This is a private residence in a historic building, not a hotel.

2. No parties or events — To respect the building and neighbors, parties, gatherings, and events are not permitted.

3. Smoke-free and pet-free — Smoking and pets are not allowed. A $500 fee applies if violated.

4. Easy self check-in — You'll receive a detailed digital guidebook with step-by-step arrival instructions before check-in.

5. Island infrastructure — Old San Juan, like Puerto Rico more broadly, occasionally experiences temporary power, water, or internet interruptions. These are usually brief and part of island life. We provide essentials like lanterns and helpful information to keep you comfortable.
