The hotel is in a very nice location close to the Tmobile District, easy to get the shopping, dining and the airport. The hotel was clean. Only disappointment was that there were no wash cloths at the hotel.

Safe and quiet, and good location just close to Old Town. Very good complimentary breakfast selection but food prep needs improvement. Our room aircon controls cannot maintain set temperature during our stay. I constantly need to readjust the thermostat. Temperature varies up to 4 degrees up and down from set temperature.

My kids 14/11 enjoy staying here. The room was clean and comfortable. The girls enjoy the pool the free breakfast and the distance to Distrito T-Mobile. Including the shuttle bus. The employees are friendly

We booked our reservation specifically for the pool playground for the kiddos. What a disappointment to find it closed after check-in. I even said how excited the kids were about it while checking in. If I would have known the feature was closed I would have stayed elsewhere, especially for premium pricing. Dissapointed!

The breakfast needs to really improve. Need seasoning and to be cooked properly. Just seems like it was just artificial of frozen ingredients thrown together. If they can improve in this area this hotel could be at the top.

Breakfast wasn’t the greatest for the amount paid for the room (breakfast included) the bathroom had plumbing issues, towels not the greatest in quality for a Hyatt Hotel. Location is great (5 stars) Staff super friendly and knowledgeable with service and suggestion on things to do in the area .

We were disappointed that our volleyball team wasn’t able to stand in a circle instead of volleyball, back-and-forth to each other in a swimming pool. These are good kids who are very cognizant of children younger than they are. And all they wanted to do at the end of the tournament day was passed the ball to each other in the water. it was pretty disappointing
