Isle verde condo

Condo is nicely updated. Beach access is located a few blocks in either direction as well as restaurants and a few markets to food shop. Host is very responsive.

This was such an easy way to get a rental! Owner was very prompt and concise! No issues what so ever! Property looked exactly like in the photos and it was close to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores!

Wonderful place

The condo is inmmaculate which makes you feel comfortable and relaxing. The location is excellent if you want to enjoy the beautiful beach of isla verde, visit old San Juan and its surrounding. Several restaurants around the area. I highly recommend this place. We will stay here again. Gracias por compartir éste lugar.

Bright studio

Very clean and bright studio beautifully decorated! The bed is very comfortable and it was just like the pictures. The only thing was the hot and cold water in the shower it’s either too hot or too cold. It is still a great place and we will definitely stay again.

Cute place

This is a cute studio apartment. The location is good and close to the airport and beach. No noise from the airport. Beach is a 5-10 minute walk. You can rent beach chairs and umbrella for $20 for the day for two people. Thai place does not have any beach items except two small towels. Very safe area. Would stay here again.

I loved the comfort of the condo. The only issue I had was that the workers held up the elevator and I had to walk up the stairs with my bags to the 4th floor, other than that it was great. Super clean and the people I spoke to made me feel welcome.

The condo was in a great location and the owner was very helpful in answering our questions. The beach is nearby and the bus stop is one block away. The condo is immaculate and has a lovely balcony. Everything is new and modern. There are restaurants right next door and across the street. We highly recommend this lovely condo!

I had a great time enjoying my stay for 4 nigths at this property. Apartment was clean parking spot private pool close to the beach and many restaurants also CVS. Owner of this property was very helpful and good communication all time for any questions. Thanks Ali & David... i will come back soon.

Nice place

This is a nice condo, clean, safe, close to restaurants, stores etc. Host provided great communication and instructions. I wasn’t able to login to my TV streaming services for some reason but we didn’t want to watch TV much anyway. A bit of a walk to the beach imo but most of the beach access seems to be controlled by the resorts in the area so I guess that’s just the way it is. All in all nice place to stay for a few nights while visiting Isla Verde/San Juan.

Great beach property!

Communication with the host was flawless. The condo is located on the main strip and within walking distance to restaurants/bars and convenience stores. Beach access is just a short 3 min walk. Parking in the condo parking lot is plentiful at all times. The grounds are secured by a gate and a security guard. Very safe. I travel solo and never felt uneasy during my stay. The pictures represent the property exactly as listed.

These folks were super helpful from the very beginning. Communicating clearly what all was needed from as well as checking in and out. The place was perfect for me, great bed bath and kitchen area. Although I didn’t cook ( lots a places close by) it was a great feature to have available as well as fridge and most important, the coffee maker. If you are thinking about this place do not hesitate, you will be more then happy there.

I enjoyed my stay on the property. It was safe and accessible. The beach is walking distance and some restaurants in the area. Condado was a short drive away. Two issues was the building itself wasnt filthy but it also didnt have a clean inviting smell when in elevator or hallways. Also, i had to print something last minute for work and went across the street to the Residence Inn. Having a small business office onsite cant hurt. My host were wonderful and super responsive. Id stay again.

Clean and secure

Clean studio style condo. Safe and secure property. Bed and couch were comfortable. It was nice to not have to buy the little things like paper towel, dish soap. Even had a cpl water bottles. A refrigerator larger than a mini frig would have been nice. Shower was definitely small and water temperature was a little hard to control. We would stay there again.
