Beachfront condo with pool in the best location of Isla Verde Beach. Easy walking distance to many restaurants, beachfront bars, markets and casino. Next door to the Royal Sonesta Hotel, El San Juan Hotel and other 5* hotels. 10 minutes from the SJU Airport. You’ll love it because is an extraordinary, beautiful, modern apartment with an indisputable location. Direct access to the beach. Surrounded by beaches, shopping, nightlife and beautiful people which will leave you coming back for more.

All bookings are contingent on signing an online short-term rental agreement, completing an online check-in form, and uploading an ID. This must be done before entering the property.

NO SMOKING: Smoking is NOT allowed on the Property, the balcony, or common areas. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated.
BALCONY RAILINGS: The building does not allow anyone to hang clothes, towels, mops, or other artifacts on the balcony railings. A $100 fine will be charged if violated.
NO PETS: No pets are allowed at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if violated, and you will be expelled from the property.
Stained towels & linens will be charged at $20 per towel and $50 per bed sheet

Minimalist Modern Aesthetic

The pictures reflect the same way as it is in person. This little gem is the perfect location with all the conveniences necessary for your stay. The beach, pool, market and pharmacies all just steps away. The rental also provides an outdoor parking space conveniently located near the lobby elevators. I would rent this unit again when I come back to visit Isla Verde San Juan. The ocean water is calm, swimmable and warm, the area is safe and enjoyable. I had the best stay. We were sad to leave.
