Great location

The condo was clean, location was perfect. Bars, restaurants, lagoon, casino … all a short walk from the front door, but the place was safe, quiet and cooled off really well. Highly recommended for families.

A rundown apartment at a convenient location

This apartment is old and needs a major overhaul, especially in the kitchen. The neighborhood was good, with lots of restaurants, and a walking distance from a nice beach with corals and calm waters. An Uber ride to the Old City or nearby Walmart was 5-7. The dishwasher, cloth washer and dryer were in the working condition, but the fridge looked like one from the butcher's shop. The appt has two full bathrooms (which is a rarity in SJ), but the toilets didn't look like they were cleaned. The TV had been connected to a Netflix account, and we enjoyed free movies. There's no AC in the living room, which was missed dearly during the evening. We did not like that the AC unit in one of the smaller bedrooms had a distinct smell. Half of the beach chairs had been broken - check before you take them to the beach. We had a good time in San Juan but we're not likely to stay in this place again.

Nice condo great location!

Property was clean, spacious, and came with everything we needed. The location was perfect and we could walk to the beach and restaurants or take Uber to Old San Juan. Very close to airport . We would definitely stay there again!

Awesome stay!

Process was easy to check in and out. Location was perfect as we wanted to be kind of centralized to all the places we planned to visit. We were a 6 minute walk from Condado beach which was amazing and close to a lot of restaurants and little shops. We definitely stay here again!

Great place in great location

We had a very good stay at this apartment. It’s in a great location and everything was clean and in good shape when we arrived. Although we didn’t have any problems for which we needed to contact the owners, they were very responsive when we had questions before our stay. I definitely recommend it for a group of four to six adults.

Location and proximity was key

Condado area is fun and lively. The place was convenient to all areas. Enjoyed old San Juan and La Placita. Good food is everywhere in walking distance. Beds comfortable in spacious accommodations.

Our stay here was nice. The property was just like it was pictured. We were met by someone who gave us the tour and suggestions for the beach near by. It was very quiet at night for good sleep and the space was well kept. I would stay again next time!

Perfect Location

Pros: The location of this apartment is next to everything. Food was literally a 2 minute walk, the beach was a 5 minute walk, and it was very convenient to get around. We had 4 people in our party and the apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The owner was very nice and responsive when I had questions. The wifi worked and transportation for UBER was quick and convenient.Cons: The place is outdated, a lot of broken items in the home. The doors were hard to close.This place is good for families but for friends who may split apart and do different activities, this is not a good option. There is only 1 key and you would have to coordinate with the key holder to gain access inside. There is no working keypad for easy access for multiple guests. The key to the main door stopped working halfway through our trip. The elevator broke the day before check out. The reason my rating is low is due to the lack of accommodation from the owner. We arrived at this location at 4:10pm, which is after check in time. We had to wait over an hour for someone to bring the key. Then when we entered the apartment, there were three people inside who started to fix items and they did not leave for an additional 20 minutes. So we did not get the place to ourselves until close to 6:00pm. I understand things happen but when I attempted to ask for an hour late check out which should have been offered due to the inconvenience, it was denied. Other than this, it was a good stay.

Great location

The place is nice. It’s big, which was great for our family. Our only complaint is that the air conditioner did not get cold in one of the rooms. Other than that, we had a great time and would recommend.

The property looks so much better in person

We stayed for 5 days and the overall location was excellent! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed such as beach towels, etc. The building is very secure with a gate surrounding the property. We felt very safe. The condo is walking distance to ashford avenue which has great night life and beach! Would definitely rent this condo again.

The first impression of the area was sketchy, and not what I'm used to. However the next day, the family was settled in and as we explored the area, we were pleasantly surprised. The washer and dryer took a moment to figure out, but after that, smooth sailing. The apparently is very close to many attractions and restaurants. Overall, I enjoyed the stay minus a few issues

Nice digs in perfect location

Since we don’t care for the hotel experience and travel enough to know what we want, we rarely miss the mark (by much) when selecting accommodations. With this flat in Condado, we got just we we wanted: a centrally-located, secure, tidy and comfortable home-base for four adults. We got a short walk to several beaches and the main shopping/dining/partying drag, Ashford Ave., in one direction and a short walk in the other to a lovely park with boating/SUP-ing on Laguna del Condado. And it comes with a designated off-street parking spot! If it weren’t for the out-of-service washing machine, we’d have no complaints, and that one was easily remedied with a round of perfect piña colada’s at the local laundry.

Great!

My family and I celebrated my 21st birthday in PR, and I am so happy we chose to stay here. The apartment is in a great spot, walking distance from food, casinos, stores, and the beach.*I would definitely recommend walking at night due to the high traffic in the area starting around dinner time.* The apartment had almost everything we needed: extra sheets, towels, even maps and tourist information. Rob and Tijuana answered all questions and solved any problems we had. I would love to stay here again! Just a heads up, one of the AC units leaks onto the balcony when in use, so it may be slippery and wet. But it's a great view!

Comfortable spot close to everything!

This trip was supposed to be a group trip that fell apart. I ended up being there alone!! But it was a well deserved solo trip for me. I visit PR every year, this time I chose to be closer to the condado area and it was a good choice. This condo is walking distance to so many places to eat and drink and places to chill and party! It's walking distance to cvs and walgreens and like a 15 min drive to old sanjuan, Walmart. The beach is close too and thats the biggest plus. The condo is spacious, the rooms were clean, the bed for me since I was alone I tested all the mattresses and they were ok, kind of hard for me. It has 2 full bathrooms and that would come in handy for big groups. I can tell their working on the kitchen but you can use it. The patio is tiny but do-able to have your cup of coffee. The surrounding area is currently going through some changes so you'll hear the drilling going on but it's not that bad. So overall I would recommend this place because of its location and safety because for the most part I did feel safe. But nevertheless you have to be careful every where you go!! So it was relaxing for me and comfortable!!

Nice apartment in good location.

My husband and I stayed in this three bedroom apartment from June 7th-13th with two other couples for a friend reunion. We met Tijuna for early check in on the 7th and she was super nice. The apartment actually feels bigger than 1100 sq ft. Yes there is no AC in the living room but if you leave the air conditioners and fans running it will cool down the living room . There was plenty to see in Puerto Rico so by the time we got back from our adventures in the late afternoon/early evening the apt was cool. Also there are extra beach towels in the hallway closet, a boogie board and a couple of small beach chairs. There were a couple items I didn't particularly care for but wasn't a major issue to report. 1. I am not sure if it's something the owner could have fixed or if it's a building/area issue but the water pressure in the showers wasn't great although we loved the hot water. We noticed the water pressure was lacking when we rinsed off by the public beach in the park. 2. Thicker screens could be added to two of the three bedrooms to block the morning sunlight. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay! This is an ideal place to stay in the Condado area for less than the La Concha and only two short blocks away.

The Marseilles rental was top notch!

My wife and I and two other couples were looking for a rental in the Condado area for a week before leaving on a cruise. One of our friends found the listing for this condo and it was the first one we found that was in a price range we found comfortable. When we inquired about it, we got a very rapid reply from Roberto, the owner, which was to set the tone for our dealings with him. He has been unfailingly prompt, polite and friendly in his communications and was very easy to deal with. When we got to San Juan, we had a little difficulty communicating with the taxi driver - "Calle Marseilles" and "Marseilles Street" clearly did not ring any bells with him, which is understandable, because it is a tiny little street. The trick is to say "behind the Comfort Inn". Once the driver got us to the Comfort Inn, we then coaxed him to go to the next street behind it and turn left - 18 Marseilles is at the end of the block on the left. The location is ideal. It is two short blocks off of Ashford, the main drag in Condado, and 2 1/2 blocks from the beach. There are any number of restaurants, casinos, night clubs, bars and dives within easy walking distance. The bus stops on Ashford and Magdalena are very convenient, though the buses don't come quite as regularly as the signs may imply. We had no trouble getting to the SuperMax grocery store on de Diego; to Old San Juan; to Calle Loiza for some local-flavor shopping; to the ferry pier (though no bus goes to the Pan American pier where we needed to get on the Celebrity Millennium) and to other places we wanted to visit. The unit itself was clean and tidy, and very roomy. There was no difficulty sharing it among the three couples. Do not expect everything to be in a perfect state - the condominium building and the unit are dated and you will have no trouble finding minor things that could be improved or repaired (caulking around windows, the base board under the dish washer, the toilet paper holder in the "master bathroom", etc.). This is not the vacation place for those who demand perfection in all the details. For people like us, though, traveling on a budget and used to dealing with real-life minor issues, this was great. We certainly felt as though we got far more for our money than had we stayed in even a cheap hotel, and at less than half the cost. "Lily", was great and gave us good tips on activities and places to eat. She was a pleasure to deal with. On the whole, we had a great experience!

The lockbox was difficult to find and the first box did not contain the key, the remote to the garage was also difficult as the button was somewhat damaged and we didn't know there were so many different gates and we didn't know which gate was the right one. After we finally figured it out, it was fine. Arriving after dark didn't help. The parking is seriously small and you can't exit the vehicle on the passenger side if there is another car next to you. The apartment was spacious and very clean. Close to shopping and dining options. Overall it was more than adequate and we enjoyed our stay.

as expected in Condado

we enjoyed the location and everything was as shown in the listing. However, there were a lot of things that were 'almost' broken or already broken.The door to the hall bathroom was very difficult to use. Our fellow travelers apparently use knives on the counters, so all the knives are dull, chipped or bent. I wouldn't replace them either if folks can use the cutting boards that are all over the place.The blender barely turned on and the carafe was the wrong size for the base. All in all, though, we found the hosts to be responsive and helpful. The parking instructions were accurate and all the keys worked (if you jiggled them). there was a beautiful view from the living room of the lagoon.
